I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of the “Non-Smoking Policy” we have in place at Mckinley Hyde Park. This means that we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. This includes inside your apartments, the stairwells, the amenity areas, the parking lot, and your patios/balconies.
We ask that you please exit the property completely and smoke off Mckinley grounds. You have signed a legal lease addendum stating that you are residing at a non smokingproperty, and you agree not to smoke.

This is a friendly reminder that rent for February is due tomorrow. Luckily, there are several ways to make a rent payment!
Here are your payment options:
1. Personal check, certified checks and money orders can be brought to the leasing office at Schoolhouse Flats located at 404 S Newport Avenue. If you cannot make it during business hours, please utilize the drop box.
2. Auto pay- You can set up automatic withdrawal online at my.mckinley.com to help ensure that your rental payment is made by the 1st of each month!

The Gasparilla festivities will begin in just a few days! We wanted to announce preparations and reinforce our rules at your community to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
We will have Tampa Police on duty for the weekend at several of our communities in the Tampa portfolio. As we prepare to welcome 2018, I wanted to remind you that your January 2018 rent payment is due on or before Monday, January 1, 2018. Please make the necessary arrangements to make your rent payment. Since the first of the month falls on a Monday and our leasing office will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday, please place your payments in the drop box.

In preperation for the upcoming, long holiday weekend we have completed inspections on all grilling stations and fire pits. We have also checked all propane tanks to ensure that they are full. We hope everyone enjoys some barbeque over this long, warm holiday weekend!

In preperation for the upcoming Christmas holiday I wanted to give you our adjusted office hours. The office will close today, December 22 at 6:00 pm and will remain closed through Christmas, December 25th. Our office will re-open on Tuesday, December 27th and resume normal business hours.
As always, we will have a tech on call for the holidays, so don’t hesitate to contact us should you have a maintenance emergency. You can call the office at 813-304-2776 and then follow the prompts to be transferred to the maintenance person on call.

I submitted a maintenance request today at about 530 because my AC wasn't working. In the request it asks if maintenance personnel can come in without my presence. I said no. It also asked if I had pets, to which I answered in the affirmative. I receive an email stating that someone would be contacting me. I waited and waited all the while it's hot in my place. I go to bed around 9. Since it's was so hot I had my fan on; the TV was also on and the door to my room shut. The next thing I know...a loud noise wakes me up. I see the light on in the kitchen and am scared to death...
