McKinley team: I recently have been attempting to email your team due to my lease not being renewed. (Thanks Steve for annotating it!) What processes do I need to start/who do I need to contact regarding my profile saying I must pay an extra month rent? (Lease ends in May, but shows a charge for June?) My emails won’t go through for anyone currently besides Steve. Could I get a number or have somebody call me at their earliest convenience? Thanks!

Unfortunately, due to this sever storm that is passing through we have lost power at our Arbor Flats location including the leasing office. Our phones and internet are currently down as well due to no power.
We do no have an eta on when power will be restored.
I ask that that you all take caution on the roads and in your home at this time. We will keep you posted if we get any updates from the power company.

Starting this week we are officially switching pest control providers! Previously we were with Massey, but in order to serve you all to the best of our abilities we have chosen to switch providers. We will now be working with Florida Pest Control for any related issues. Along with this change in provider will be a change in service dates. Previously we had a Friday service date, but with Florida Pest we will have a Thursday service date. Good morning Residents,
We have had an increase amount of concerns come to my attention regarding dogs being walked without leashes. I want to remind all pet owners that not only is it a lease requirement that your pet remain on a leash at all times outside of the apartment but it is also a City ordinance.
This is for the protection of not only other residents, but their pets and yours as well. I appreciate all pet owners that abide by this already.

The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats Community will be closed this Saturday January 27, 2018 due to Gasparilla , but we will be available to assist with any maintenance emergencies. Please call 813-515-5925 and follow the prompts to emergency maintenance. We will re-open Monday, January 29th, at 10am . There may be extended wait times for your maintenance emergency with the road blocks and traffic issues.
