Now that we are going into the busy season, we are receiving a lot of inquiries regarding rent owed at move out. Our 3rd party system for billing will always show a full month owed. The system does not prorate out until keys are received. Hi everyone! My name is Tammy Sharp and I just recently joined the McKinley Hyde Park / South Tampa team as the new Assistant Community Manager. I come to you with 11 years of property management expierince in the Tampa Bay area. My home is in Wesley Chapel where I love spending time with my husband and two rescues dogs, Coupe & Jagger. Coupe is named after my husbands 1940 Plymouth Coupe and Jagger is , of course, named after the rock star Mick Jagger.I enjoy spending my time off gardening, cooking and entertaining family.

I just called to renew my lease after living here for 8 months. Before I said yes, I asked if there is any rent increase......then I was told I would be going from paying $929 to $1139!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's pretty disgusting to increase rent over $200 a month without any notice. If I didn't ask when would I have been told? I have had things break continuously and their lack of promptness on fixing them is horrid. I literally went my first month living here with a broken lock on my sliding glass door! I felt extremely unsafe. The landscape is horrible, people don't clean up after...

I questioned the trash cost being $25.00 in early January & the response I received was that it was raised due to the "time of year, and trash intake". It's almost May, the trash bins are never completely full at pick up and I am still being charged $25.00 a month... That's a 150% increase... Why is this? Also - if this is permanent, it should have been communicated with the tenants...

Good evening Residents,
For tomorrow only, 4/18, we will have restricted leasing office hours. We will be open from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm and will return to normal business hours of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Thursday, 4/19. Our after hours line along with emergency maintenance will be available should any emergencies arise. All other inquiries we will address promptly on Thursday morning.

I just wanted to quickly let everyone know that the pools will be reopened for enjoyment after the resealing of the pavers! Arbor Flats, and both Westshore Flats will be reopening tomorrow! Bayshore Flats, however, will have the pool reopened on Friday! Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns! Good morning McKinley family!
I'm back with another announcment! Starting today and continuing over the course of two days we are having our fire alarms tested by state mandate. What this means for you all is that the alarms will be going off intermitantly throughout the course of today and tomorrow. I understand this will be inconvenient and unpleasant on the ears, but I encourage everyone to view the sounding of the alarm as a relieving thing - it means that our buildings are prepared and safe!
