Hi! I want to take a moment to introduce myself to you. My name is Greta and I’m so excited to join McKinley Hyde Park as the Senior Sales Associate for South Tampa. In my new role I’ll be acting as your renewal specialist. Any questions or concerns you have regarding your lease renewals please don’t hesitate to contact me.
When I’m not hard at work for you, I enjoy spending time with my family on our boat. I love the water and, if it’s a sunny day, can usually be found floating 30 miles offshore doing my best to reel in a big catch.

To All of Our Residents:
It's been a chilly couple of days, so many of you may find yourselves having to use your central heat for the first time. As with anything that goes without use for a while, sometimes dust or particles accumulate in the vents and so when the heat is turned on, you may notice a slight burning or unfamiliar smell. This is common and can happen when first using the heat.
In addition, if you have a fire alarm located nearby one of your vents, this can even trigger the alarm(s) to go off, which again, is not uncommon.

As a reminder, we do not allow trash bags to be placed or accumulate on patios and ask that our residents either store them inside or immediately take them to the dumpster...

Good afternoon Residents,
New year, fresh start! That is going to be our motto going into 2018! We are starting with Pet Waste, which has been a problem and concern at all our communities. Yesterday, my maintenance team spent the majority of the day picking up ALL the pet waste at your communities. This takes them away from them completing work orders in your homes and it not the best use of their time.
I have recently ordered additional pet waste stations for a majority of my communities. Moving forward my team is committed to insuring those pet waste...

Now that the holidays are over, please be mindful and considerate of others when/how you dispose of Christmas trees.
We kindly ask that all Christmas trees be placed next to the trash bins and not inside. In addition, if you are located in a top floor apartment with or without anyone residing below you - please do not throw anything (including Christmas trees) over the banister.
Thank you all in advance!
