To All of Our Residents:
It's been a chilly couple of days, so many of you may find yourselves having to use your central heat for the first time. As with anything that goes without use for a while, sometimes dust or particles accumulate in the vents and so when the heat is turned on, you may notice a slight burning or unfamiliar smell. This is common and can happen when first using the heat.
In addition, if you have a fire alarm located nearby one of your vents, this can even trigger the alarm(s) to go off, which again, is not uncommon.

Good afternoon Residents,
New year, fresh start! That is going to be our motto going into 2018! We are starting with Pet Waste, which has been a problem and concern at all our communities. Yesterday, my maintenance team spent the majority of the day picking up ALL the pet waste at your communities. This takes them away from them completing work orders in your homes and it not the best use of their time.

Now that the holidays are over, please be mindful and considerate of others when/how you dispose of Christmas trees.
We kindly ask that all Christmas trees be placed next to the trash bins and not inside. In addition, if you are located in a top floor apartment with or without anyone residing below you - please do not throw anything (including Christmas trees) over the banister.
