Noise complaint

Feedback Problem for Harper Flats

I understand renovations are under going for vacant apartments that need to be filled. Regrettably some of us work nights as well as others and all we can hear is loud noises from a wet saw and various tools the repair men are using. I have audio and video photage. Per Florida law repairs in residential areas cannot be made until after 7am Monday through Friday and after 8am on weekends. This is the 2nd time now I have been awoken before both time periods and cannot notify you guys because you are closed.

We are not doing any renovations at Harper flats at this time. I am being told by my maintenance team that there is a new resident moving in this morning. This is most likely what you were hearing. I'm sure it will quiet down as they get settled in their new home.

I wanted to let you know that when it comes time to return your keys to Mckinley Hyde Park they need to be dropped off at the Arbor Flats leasing office. Arbor Flats is located at 6237 S Manhattan Ave ; just a few miles south of Gandy Blvd. Please make sure that you have also provided your forwarding address for future commnication. You weren't sad to see us go. You forced us to leave after I had explained my situation to Courtney when I have moved in. We jumped through hoops to stay, I even moved out so my dog had a place to live and you STILL forced my roomate to move out. And my dog was murdered while living here and now you have the nerve to try and charge me for $1600 when I LEFT and there was no lease. You are the worst company and most heartless people I have ever met. Its funny because I recommended this place to my friends BUT now I have told everyone I know to never live here.

The system does not prorate out until keys are received. Hi everyone! My name is Tammy Sharp and I just recently joined the McKinley Hyde Park / South Tampa team as the new Assistant Community Manager. I come to you with 11 years of property management expierince in the Tampa Bay area. My home is in Wesley Chapel where I love spending time with my husband and two rescues dogs, Coupe & Jagger. Coupe is named after my husbands 1940 Plymouth Coupe and Jagger is , of course, named after the rock star Mick Jagger.I enjoy spending my time off gardening, cooking and entertaining family.

I hope to meet many of you in person as I settle in...

So any chance the washer with the moldy drowning underwear will be fixed anytime soon? It's been broken for over 2 weeks now. Again, this complex is a joke...

I appreciate you letting us know about the issue with the washing machine! We recieved your work order and the maintenenace technicians will absolutely take care of that tomorrow. We rely on residents to let us know when something is out of place or needs attention in the common areas of the apartments as we do not live there ourselves, so I definely apreciate your attention to the matter! If you have any questions or concerns about anything else please don't hesitate to reach out ot me! I just called to renew my lease after living here for 8 months. Before I said yes, I asked if there is any rent increase......then I was told I would be going from paying $929 to $1139!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's pretty disgusting to increase rent over $200 a month without any notice. If I didn't ask when would I have been told? I have had things break continuously and their lack of promptness on fixing them is horrid. I literally went my first month living here with a broken lock on my sliding glass door! I felt extremely unsafe. The landscape is horrible, people don't clean up after...

Also** I was told when signing this lease back in October that they were building a small dog park in the backyard. Not only did that never happen, but their are electrical units open and exposed and no trash can or doggy bags back there. It's literally just an open grass field with dog shit everywhere.

Trash Cost.. Again

Feedback Question for Harper Flats

I questioned the trash cost being $25.00 in early January & the response I received was that it was raised due to the "time of year, and trash intake". It's almost May, the trash bins are never completely full at pick up and I am still being charged $25.00 a month... That's a 150% increase... Why is this? Also - if this is permanent, it should have been communicated with the tenants...

I completely agree. I don't understand this fee. The recycle bins are also always empty when I walk over there.
