In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closed tomorrow, 11/21/18, at 3:00 pm through Friday, 11/23/18. Our leasing office will re-open on Saturday, 11/24/18 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time shall something arise.

Due to the storm power outage, the office has closed early. If you need immediate service prior to 6 pm please call our sister community at 813-514-6800. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time. We will re-open on Saturday, 11/3/2018 at 10am.

Due to the storm, Arbor Flats and the leasing office for South Tampa has lost power. We currently do not have phones or internet. If you have an emergency please reach out to our sister community, Palma Ceia at 813-514-6800. TECO is aware of the outage and will be working to restore power. We do not have an eta at this time but will make sure to keep you posted.

We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With the letter, and the accompanying flyers we left on your door, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. Of course, should you have any other questions or concerns, you should contact your Community Office.

Good morning Harper Flats,
We are aware that the exterior lighting is having some issues and we have ordered a new timer so they come on at the appropriate times. This should hopefully arrive today or tomorrow and we will get it all back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you to the residents that made us aware! We appreciate the pride you take in our community!
