Power Outage at Arbor Flats

Dear residents,

Our Arbor Flats community has currently lost power due to the weather. Since this community houses our leasing office, we currently are unable to take any phone calls. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to our sister community at 813-514-6800.

TECO is aware of the outage and has an estimated restoration time of 12:15 PM. We will keep you posted with any updates.

The Arbor Flats Community and leasing office has lost power. TECO is currently aware and are working to restore the power as quickly as possible. They have an estimated restoration time of 5:15 PM. We will keep you posted if we get any additional news in the meantime. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to our sister Community, Palma Ceia, at 813-514-6800.

Annual Fire Alarm Inspection Scheduled for 3/13/19

I wanted to let you know we have scheduled our required annual fire alarm testing and inspection. This is scheduled for this Wednesday, 3/13/19. The fire alarms will be going off periodically throughout the day while they are performing the test. Please do not be alarmed, this is just part of their inspection.

Updated Leasing Office Hours

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.

Good Morning McKinley Residents,

We hope you all are doing well. I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of our rent payment policy stated in your lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You have until midnight on the second to submit your payment. Any payments received after midnight are considered late. A $100 late charge will be charged to your account on the 3 rd day of the month, and a $50 on the 10 th day of the month. Personal checks will not be accepted after the 2 nd . The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed this Saturday, 1/26/19. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, 1/28/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time shall anything anything arise.

I just wanted to put out a quick reminder of the office hours over the next two days! For the New Year we will be closing early and will remain closed until the 2nd! The office will be closed at 3:00 pm today, so please bear that in mind if you have any questions or concerns that cannot wait until the 2nd.
