I have already had maintenance visit and claim there is no issue with the tub not holding water. I informed him (prior to closing the ticket) it was a slow leak. I ran water this evening - full tub, but was distracted by urgent e-mails. When I reentered the bathroom the tub was entirely empty. So, again, will you reimburse my expense to correct this issue myself?

Recently we have received a few concerns regarding residents and their guests smoking in the community. I just wanted to send a friendly reminder that our properties here in the Tampa Bay Area are smoke-free communities and it is important that we abide by these policies:
1. This is designated a smoke-free community. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all buildings and common areas, public and private spaces, including, but not limited to, apartment units, building hallways, laundry rooms, storage areas, vestibules, offices, parking lots, drives, sidewalks...

We are aware of the issues with the washers/dryers in the laundry center giving error messages. There is a service technician coming today to inspect all of the equiptment. Thank you for your understanding!
The laundry facility is inoperative due to card-reading machines not functioning - message/prompt 'busy try again later' . There is no cash option, so this is my call to action for management. We need a work-around, please! This is unnecessary inconvenience!...

As we prepare for potential inclement weather the office will be closed for the remainder of the day. We are keeping an eye on the storm and once conditions have been deemed safe for the staff to return, we will resume regular business hours.

The man who lives in apartment 101 downstairs, was extremely rude, was cussing my boyfriend out the second he stepped out of his vehicle when getting home in the afternoon from work, and went into the laundry room and dumped the clean clothes from every single one of the dryers onto the floor. Neither me or my boyfriend entertained his inappropriate mouth and ignored him when he repeatedly said “I dumped all the s*** out” toward my boyfriend, but this kind of hostile behavior does not make the community seem safe nor welcoming. Our laundry was not in the dryer for long, I switched it over in...

Many of you have received your September billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in September and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on September 1st.
Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. If you have auto-pay setup for the month of September, it is highly recommended that you cancel your auto payment as it will not prorate your rent and the full rent balance due reflected on the account will be drafted. If a...
