I wanted to let you know we have scheduled our required annual fire alarm testing and inspection. This is scheduled for this Wednesday, 3/13/19. The fire alarms will be going off periodically throughout the day while they are performing the test. Please do not be alarmed, this is just part of their inspection.

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.

You have until midnight on the second to submit your payment. Any payments received after midnight are considered late.
