I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! We are excited to announce on Thursday, October 4th, 2018 we will be painting the interior main hallway! We will also be installing a fan at the top of the stairway to help keep airflow during those, especially hot days.
Jamie's Painting will start and finish the process on Thursday. We are asking that all residents use the side door/laundry room access for 24 hours to avoid any wet paint. You can access the main hallway again on Friday the 5th.

I received notice today of the change of the lease terms regarding payment of rent by having a letter inserted into the door of my apartment when I arrived home after lunch. I object to the new payment system as it will cause me to incur substantial additional fees. The payment system that I contracted to rent my apartment at Delaney Flats charged an $8.95 convenience charge to credit card payments. We hope this message finds you well! We wanted to send out a friendly reminder regarding our parking policy. We have noticed an influx of non-residents parking in the designated parking areas. We do require a parking pass to be able to park in the designated parking lot and to also make sure that all residents have space when they come home.
