I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city! This is the third time we have had our dishwasher overflowing and not working. It is ridiculous that we have dealt with this three times in the past two months and nothing is changing. We need this permanently fixed immediately. This is the worst complex I have ever had to deal with . We should not have a different problem every single month.
Hi there, I have noticed that a lot of owners haven't been cleaning up after their pets in the common areas, but also that the 'doggie bags' are out and that could have something to do with it. With more dogs in the building now, can you make sure that the bag holders are full, or if not, require dog owners to provide their own for cleanup? Some areas are just getting a bit... iffy...

I wanted to touch base with everyone regarding your grills located within the common area. We are aware that they are currently not working properly and we have located a vendor Michaelson Appliance that will be arriving on Monday, October 15th, 2018 to evaluate the grills for possible repairs needed. We are hopeful that they will be able to fix them upon arrival but they may also need to order parts to repair.
