I wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone that the city of Tampa has published a map of the BayShore area showing all acceptable street parking during the Gasparilla festivities. We wanted to remind you that during the upcoming Gasparilla weekend, our tow company will be towing any vehicles that do not have a parking permit displayed. If you have not already done so, please stop by the Palma Ceia leasing office to obtain one by Friday, January 25 th .
As a reminder, only one permit is allowed per resident, so if we have record of a previous pass, we will not be able to issue an additional one.

I recently filled a maintenance request because my shower was not draining water that well. I was very disappointed when I came home and found my tub full of a black dirt-like substance and dirty footprints in my bathroom. I understand there is a possibility unclogging may have taken place outside of my unit; however, maintenance needs to re-visit the property to ensure this nasty backflow does not end up in the tubs they clear &/or clean up the mess it makes. Also, this platform should have a feature to add pictures.

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closing the office tomorrow, 11/21/18, at 3:00 pm. Our leasing office will re-open on Monday, 11/26/18 at 10:00 am. Good afternoon all!
I just wanted to reach out to everyone in regards to the recent issues with trash pick up. I know it has been a fairly large inconvenience recently with the dumpsters not being empty, however, our efforts to connect with the city of Tampa in getting the issue resolved seem to be paying off! Within the next 24 hours all communities that have not had their garbage collected should have the dumpsters emptied by the city!
