TECO Power Outage to Arbor Flats Community

Dear Residents,

The Arbor Flats Community and leasing office has lost power. TECO is currently aware and are working to restore the power as quickly as possible. They have an estimated restoration time of 5:15 PM. We will keep you posted if we get any additional news in the meantime. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to our sister Community, Palma Ceia, at 813-514-6800.

Annual Fire Alarm Inspection Scheduled for 3/13/19

I wanted to let you know we have scheduled our required annual fire alarm testing and inspection. This is scheduled for this Wednesday, 3/13/19. The fire alarms will be going off periodically throughout the day while they are performing the test. Please do not be alarmed, this is just part of their inspection.

Landscaping Maintenance and Clean Up!

Good afternoon, Residents!

We have scheduled our landscape company to come out tomorrow, 3/7/2019, to preform a property clean up and maintenance. In preparation for this, a member of our maintenance team will be blowing the leaves from the roof into the courtyard area.

Please do not be alarmed at how this will make the grounds look, we will have this cleaned up by tomorrow!

Lawn maintenance

Feedback Problem for Bayshore Flats

The lawn guys are torching all of ours plants! Some people spend a lot of money and time on their plants and then the guys come and literally blow AT our plants and knock them over, kill them or break them. I understand blowing the hallways, but if they could avoid literally torching the actual plants that would be great. Thank you

I will reach out to the lawn maintenance company and ask that they try to take a little more precaution with personal plants that are outside front doors. They do have to blow the community as part of upkeep and maintenance but will make this concern known to them as well. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly with anything you may need. Updated Leasing Office Hours

We have updated our leasing office hours and will be closing the leasing office on Saturdays. Our normal bushiness hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 6PM. Our emergency maintenance team will still be available 24 hours a day for any emergencies that need to be attended to.

Good Morning McKinley Residents,

We hope you all are doing well. I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of our rent payment policy stated in your lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You have until midnight on the second to submit your payment. Any payments received after midnight are considered late. A $100 late charge will be charged to your account on the 3 rd day of the month, and a $50 on the 10 th day of the month. Personal checks will not be accepted after the 2 nd . Leasing Office will be Closed this Weekend

The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed this Saturday, 1/26/19. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, 1/28/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time shall anything anything arise.
