Due to the storm, Arbor Flats and the leasing office for South Tampa has lost power. We currently do not have phones or internet. If you have an emergency please reach out to our sister community, Palma Ceia at 813-514-6800. TECO is aware of the outage and will be working to restore power. We do not have an eta at this time but will make sure to keep you posted.
For everyone who lives on the 2nd floor, please keep in mind, people actually live underneath you. if you are having company over on a random Monday night please be a little more respectful for people who have to work and have kids. Thanks!!
I have always paid my rent by direct withdrawal that was set up a long time ago. I get a notice today my rent wasn’t paid. I went and paid immediately, but don’t understand why my direct withdrawal and it’s history has disappeared. I don’t feel I should be responsible for a $100 late fee.
We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With the letter, and the accompanying flyers we left on your door, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. Of course, should you have any other questions or concerns, you should contact your Community Office.
Hey guys saw a hugeeeee Cane Toad in the dog park again. I tried to catch it but it went into the bushes. I am going to try again in the daylight. It is definitely too big to get out on it's own. Is there any chance that we can get some small grate metal wire mesh around the dog park fence? Something like this would probably stop them from getting in and should be pretty cheap. Thanks...
