ANNOUNCEMENT: Emergency Water Shut Off!

Announcement for Arbor Flats

Dear Residents--

Today at 3PM we will be shutting water to the entire community off in order to complete an emergeny maintenance repair! The work should not take long and we expect water to be restored back to the community by 5PM.

No water here. I called at 5:45 PM when I got home and now it’s 6:45 PM and I haven’t heard anything. I have two little kids that spent the day playing outside and need a bath and I am not on able to fill our water pitcher for drinking water as well. An update would be nice!

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

Over the last few months, we have had nothing but problems with our washer and dryer. To the point that the washer has ruined and ate several sweaters of mine, and now doesn’t spin & drain at all. With that being said, I came home from a 15 hour night shift at the hospital getting kicked and hit by a patient all night to the small task of switching laundry over to the dryer that my boyfriend had put to wash this morning. The clothes are soaked in soapy water, and the washer simply makes a buzzing noise when trying to turn on the drain and spin cycle. This would be annoying enough if this...

I tried to reaching out to you via phone but received your voicemail. I am sorry to hear about your experience thus far and would love the opportunity to turn it around for you. If you could please give the office a phone call back so we can schedule a time to have maintenance come and take another look at your washing machine, that would be great. I just wanted to put out a quick reminder of the office hours over the next two days! For the New Year we will be closing early and will remain closed until the 2nd! The office will be closed at 3:00 pm today, so please bear that in mind if you have any questions or concerns that cannot wait until the 2nd. More problems with Apartment #9

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

Please come take a look at the trash on the steps and front stoop immediately adjacent to Apartment #9. Also, because of the beating on the walls and yelling that is constantly coming from this apartment, I have started wearing earphones to watch tv....unfortunately, the banging gets so bad at times, that the earphones don't help. I know that I am not the only one that has complained about this apartment.....will anything ever be done about it????...

I have been an upstairs neighbor before. I can't imagine that I am an anomaly, but I have never had anyone complain about me. I tried to be as considerate as possible. Clearly, others do not feel this way. For the past 2 nights, I have not gotten any sleep because it sounds like our upstairs neighbors are building furniture or moving boulders? Honestly, the noise started to escalate just before Thanksgiving and it has been pretty consistent ever since. These apartments are way too small to build THAT much furniture. Sad to say that the noise really hasn't improved much. Add insult to injury, I guess they decided to take a bubble bath in their tiny tub, overfilled their tub and the water came pouring into our bathroom. So, now - we have a big hole over our shower until (hopefully?) tomorrow when it will be patched. I so appreciate the responsiveness of our maintenance guy - he is awesome. But seriously - there should be classes for people that are going to live in apartments, apparently, on how to be a considerate neighbor! Based on our experience and what's happening in Apt #9 - people just don't know how to behave. It's pretty ridiculous.

Bicycle Taken From Bike Rack

My son's black 2017 SE Draft bike was taken from the bike rack sometime this past week. It was locked up and whoever took it left the lock behind. It is registered with TPD and a police report has been filed. The seat is broken, has a rusted chain, missing rear reflector, and scratches on the handles bars and middle bar so it will be easy to identify (along with knowing the serial number)...

Pool Update

Announcement for Arbor Flats

Good morning Arbor Flats!

As a reminder, we will be resurfacing the pool this week and it will be closed while we perform this maintenance.

Also, we had some pool furniture that was damaged late last month. The damaged pool furniture will be picked up this week and is schedule to have new fabric put back on. The refurbished furniture will be delivered back in about 3 weeks.

Just wanted to keep you all up to date. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions that you might have.

Good Afternoon Arbor Flats!

I just wanted to reach out to all of you to let you know that starting Monday of next week (12/3) the pool here will be closed for resurfacing! Preventative maintenance is an important aspect to keeping our communities the beautiful and welcoming home you have come to know and love so we are excited to be able to continue this practice of upkeep!

The resurfacing will last until Friday (12/7), meaning the pool will be reopened on Saturday. While the grilling area will still be open and available we ask that you are mindful of any...

Upstairs noise

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

New tenant with child upstairs above my unit #5. Constant jumping, running, etc. I know children need to play, but it is obsessive. Last night it was at 3 a.m. I wonder if anyone is paying attention to this child. It never stops. Living on 1st floor, I expect some of this, but it is too much.
