Our Arbor Flats community has currently lost power due to the weather. Since this community houses our leasing office, we currently are unable to take any phone calls. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to our sister community at 813-514-6800.
TECO is aware of the outage and has an estimated restoration time of 12:15 PM. We will keep you posted with any updates.
I was just wondering- since new to the community- when does the water/utility fee get added to rent and placed in mail box. I ask because I use an online bank and so I need to expect usually a 5-7 day delivery of the check. Thanks in advance, Brian Whitten

The pool gate lock box hasn’t been working properly for weeks now. The code rarely works to unlock the door and at times I and others get locked inside for quite some time. Please look into this. We shouldn’t have to hop the fence to get in and out.
Hi - we've complained about this before but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. Our next door neighbors have young children who play rough and slam themselves into the wall between our apartments - which happens to be my husband's office. It gets so loud sometimes that they even scare our dog. We knock not the wall but it is almost as if they don't hear it? Or they don't understand. They seem to be very nice people so, I don't want to make them feel bad - but the noise has really become problematic...
Hi! I'm just writing today to see if a package was delivered to the office around February 22nd? It would have been from Bath & Body Works. Online, it's saying my package was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my door, and it doesn't appear to be in the mail boxes either. Thanks!...
The building lights are out on many of the buildings around the complex. It feels very creepy and dark when I'm walking my dog early in the morning or at night. I'm sure you guys know they're out but hopefully they'll be fixed soon?...
