Power Outage at Arbor Flats

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear residents,

Our Arbor Flats community has currently lost power due to the weather. Since this community houses our leasing office, we currently are unable to take any phone calls. If you need immediate assistance, please reach out to our sister community at 813-514-6800.

TECO is aware of the outage and has an estimated restoration time of 12:15 PM. We will keep you posted with any updates.

Feedback Question for Arbor Flats

I was just wondering- since new to the community- when does the water/utility fee get added to rent and placed in mail box. I ask because I use an online bank and so I need to expect usually a 5-7 day delivery of the check. Thanks in advance, Brian Whitten

Hello Brian,

Utilities are billed to the resident statement anywhere between the 12th and 17th of the month and due on the 1st of the month along with rent. This will be on your resident statement that you receive via mail around the same time frame, normally between the 2nd and the 3rd week of the month.

TECO Power Outage to Arbor Flats Community

The Arbor Flats Community and leasing office has lost power. TECO is currently aware and are working to restore the power as quickly as possible. They have an estimated restoration time of 5:15 PM. Pool Gate

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

The pool gate lock box hasn’t been working properly for weeks now. The code rarely works to unlock the door and at times I and others get locked inside for quite some time. Please look into this. We shouldn’t have to hop the fence to get in and out.

Noisy neighbors

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

Hi - we've complained about this before but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. Our next door neighbors have young children who play rough and slam themselves into the wall between our apartments - which happens to be my husband's office. It gets so loud sometimes that they even scare our dog. We knock not the wall but it is almost as if they don't hear it? Or they don't understand. They seem to be very nice people so, I don't want to make them feel bad - but the noise has really become problematic...

Wow.... your office made a mistake when my husband moved in back in May 2018 and is NOW , months later, charging $300. No way. I’m sorry, but I won’t pay for a mistake that happened almost a year ago.

Package delivery

Feedback Question for Arbor Flats

Hi! I'm just writing today to see if a package was delivered to the office around February 22nd? It would have been from Bath & Body Works. Online, it's saying my package was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my door, and it doesn't appear to be in the mail boxes either. Thanks!...

People here steal packages. I have fedex delivered to Walgreens and UPS delivered to the UPS on Gandy. Thankfully we have the box for USPS! :/

you can ask any fedex package to be left at your closest walgreens they now are even allowing us as couriers to do it for you if the shipper gives the ok when sending it out, so your package if fedex could be at walgreens now. Just to let any know who isn't going to be home when a package it suppose to arrive.

if you package was left at office then the they would have a signature of who signed for it as well .

I had a package stolen then too from Amazon, it was just a make up compact, which amazon resent but it's just disappointing. I know it was taken because amazon takes a pic to show you its at your door

Lights outside of buildings

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

The building lights are out on many of the buildings around the complex. It feels very creepy and dark when I'm walking my dog early in the morning or at night. I'm sure you guys know they're out but hopefully they'll be fixed soon?...

PICK UP YOUP PETS POOP! Its staggering how many piles throught our community. On the sidewalk, NEXT TO THE PET POOP station, by someones window AND the childrens playground. Thats only a few. Please... please PLEASE pick up after your pet.

Thank you for the pride you take in the community. I also ask that residents please pick up after their pet waste. We have scheduled time for our maintenance technicians to pick up as well, which is unfortunate, since it takes their time away from completing resident work order requests. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you witness anyone not picking up after their pet. It is a continuing effort to try and eliminate this lease violation.

I have to add that this really is still a problem - and I don't understand? You guys have put pet stations everywhere, there is no excuse! Just last night I notice an abnormally large poop pile over by the playground. It was so large, it didn't event seem like it could come from a dog - and I have a big dog!

Last time my kids were at the playground i picked up 12 piles.....just in the playground area. I clean it up before my kids play because I've had to clean or toss my kids shoes a lot due to others not picking up.
