We've got an exciting update for you all. My name is Candase Parker and I'm your new Community Manager! I can't wait to get to know each of you. I recently moved to Tampa from Tallahassee, FL (Go Seminoles!) and will be starting on Monday, June 10th.

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

Thank you to the person who spit their gum on the sidewalk. Thanks to your complete inconsideration, my dog stepped on it. The gum covered his entire pad and went between his toes on his hair. FYI- There are some additives in gum that can kill dogs. Or, perhaps you just don’t care… Well, I do. pick up after yourself! Also.. I am so tired of walking out of my apartment and having piles of dog poop next to my steps. This too, is a complete lack of consideration for your neighbors and the place you call home. The worst is the fact that our neighbors let their dog poop in the children’s play area...

Hello Jana,

We agree with you that people do need to be more considerate and not dispose of their gum or any other trash on the property. This is their home so it is very unforutnate that not all reasidents take pride in keeping up the community the live in. 

No it is not cool to have to step in dog poo at all! Please if you ever witness who is doing it and are able to provide an apartment number we will be able to address the matter with the lease holder directly, which involves a violation notice being sent and a fine for clean up.

Man passed out seated upright in pool area - drug activity - inconsiderate neighbors - poor lighting

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

Friday morning when my husband was walking our dog, he walked passed the pool area and saw a thin white male, dark hair with a beard, seated upright completely passed out. This was at approximately 6:15am. The pool gate was closed. In talking with some neighbors recently, they have noticed what appears to be drug-dealing in our parking lot - especially toward the back of the property. This is just unacceptable. Between the lack of enforcement of property rules: items on front and back patios/porches, lights on buildings not being maintained, residents with dogs not cleaning up after them and...

I am sorry to see that you are not satisfied with you experience in the Arbor Flats community. I assure you McKinley has not given up on our community nor do even intend to. Resident satisfaction and community up keep are very important to us. This is your home and we want you to enjoy it!

Please know that management is addressing the issues that you have mentioned as they are brought to our attention. The lights on the property have been contracted to be replaced and will be completed soon. 

Additionally, anytime a resident believes they are witnessing any kind of criminal activity it is highly recommended that they contact the police immediately. Not only will a the police file a report they will be able to provide us with the identity of the individual or persons committing the crime so that management can take action to remedy the situation.

Dirty Pool

I’m not one to usually complain but for the past two weeks we haven’t been able to utilize the pool because it has been either super cloudy or green. With the pool being one of the only amenities on the ground, I feel like that is something that should be kept up on.

Loud neighbors and you won’t do anything against it

My neighbors, who I have reported multiple times are still being loud and banging on the walls at all hours of the night, and gotten to the point where I had to call the police to get them to stop... do your job and either make them stop or evict them for violating the lease agreement. I am tired or being woken up at 3am to bang bang bang bang bang. This is asinine and beyond reasonable, I am close to just calling cooperate and having them deal with it.

Memorial Day Hours!

Dear Residents,

The leasing office located at our Arbor Flats location will be closed on Monday, 5/27/19 in observance of Memorial Day! We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, 5/28/19 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time should anything anything arise.

Pool Furniture Enhancement Announcement

We recently had half of our pool furniture fabric replaced on the loungers and chairs. This morning the other half will be picked up so we can replace those ones as well since they were damaged and worn out. We should have the furniture back within 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your understanding while we make this pool enhancement.

Building Lights

Feedback Problem for Arbor Flats

I've brought this up before months ago and was told that they would be checked. But nothing has happened. There are still many buildings where the lights are out and it is very dark around the buildings early in the morning or at night - which can be very dangerous. Please get this addressed!...
