We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I am reaching out today to touch base regarding some exciting changes that will be taking place immediately.
For your convenience, we have opened our Arbor Flats office full-time. The address is: 6237 S. Manhattan Ave OFC, Tampa, FL 33616, and our hours of operation will be 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, by appointment Saturday and Sunday. We also have a drop box at this location in case you need to pay rent or turn in any other written items after business hours. Any drop boxes at communities outside of this location are no longer in use and will be removed by Thursday, November 30. Additionally, in order to improve customer service, all text and phone communication to maintenance, management, and leasing phone numbers you currently have will no longer be received. All questions/requests must be communicated through my.mckinley.com or the office phone number, 813.515.5925. This includes emergency maintenance requests.
In order to help with this transition, we welcome and encourage you to sign up on our website, my.mckinley.com. Here you are able to pay rent, submit work orders, and give feedback to management and the community. If you haven’t already signed up on my.mckinley.com, you will need to call the office to obtain your unique “Resident ID”. Please refer to the accompanying flyer for instructions, and if you have any further questions we will be happy to help!
As a friendly reminder, per your lease agreement, your rent is due on the 1st of each month, will be considered late on the 2nd, and a $100.00 late fee will be assessed on the 3rd. If rent is still not paid by the 10th you will be charged an additional $50.00 late fee. Please let us know if there are any questions about your lease and rent payments.
