Hello there! As we welcome in this new year, I wanted to take a moment to kindly introduce myself to you. My name is Sheena and I am pleased to join McKinley Hyde Park as the Customer Care Associate II for South Tampa. In my current role I handle, and process transactions such as rent payments, collections as well as, tenant inquiries pertaining to billing. In addition, I also assist with leasing and renewing.
Prior to joining McKinley, Hyde Park, I owned and operated a boutique company here in Florida and have worked in leading positions within various sectors of business. I reside in the Tampa Bay area and enjoy scouting out and supporting all the new and unique restaurants and shops that this wonderful area has to offer! I am a huge foodie (food junkie) and will try (or attempt to make) anything once! In my spare time, I love spending quality time with my family and friends.

With regards to rent payment(s) – I would like to remind everyone that rent is due in full on the first (1st) of each month. Any payment received on or after the third (3rd) of the month is considered late and will adhere to a $100 late fee charge. In addition, if rent is not paid in full by the tenth (10th) of the month, there will be an additional $50 late fee charge. With that said, I hope everyone has a lovely start to 2018!
