New tenant with child upstairs above my unit #5. Constant jumping, running, etc. I know children need to play, but it is obsessive. Last night it was at 3 a.m. I wonder if anyone is paying attention to this child. It never stops. Living on 1st floor, I expect some of this, but it is too much.
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday we will be closed tomorrow, 11/21/18, at 3:00 pm through Friday, 11/23/18. Our leasing office will re-open on Saturday, 11/24/18 at 10:00 am. Emergency maintenance will still be available during this time shall something arise.
Please have a great and safe holiday! Happy Thanksgiving from the McKinley family to yours!

Hello Arbor Flats Residents,
TECO is onsite today to change out all power meter boxes. They will be knocking on your door to let you know when they are working on yours. The power will be turned off momentarily at each home while the meter is being replaced.
I wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone that not collecting your pets waste is a violation of your lease terms and conditions and is not permitted. We ask that you dispose of the waste at any of the pet stations located around the community for your convenience. This is not only for aesthetic purposes but also for sanitary reasons. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation while we try and maintain a beautiful and safe place for all our residents.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at the main office....

Hi All, I have noticed (and stepped in) a lot of pet waste that is not being picked up by residents. Pet waste can spread disease. Is this something that can be addressed? Hillsborough County has an ordinance. See below Sec. 6-32. - Animal waste removal. Any feces deposited by a dog, an owned cat, or pet pig on public property, public walks, recreation areas or the private property of others must be immediately removed by the person who has custody or control of the animal unless otherwise authorized by the property owner. (Ord. No. 00-26, § 14, 1-1-2001; Ord. No. 13-33, § 5, 12-19-2013)
