As a reminder, a $100 late fee will be billed on the 3rd of the month for all accounts with a balance due. If you have not done so already please submit your payment online via my.mckinley or bring your payment by the leasing office at Schoolhouse Flats. This is just a friendly reminder that rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 3rd. On the 3rd all accounts that have a balance due will be charged a late fee of $100 and an additional late fee of $50 is charged on the 10th of the month.

I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself as I have just jumped on board as your new community manager! My name is Tiana Winter; I just moved here last week from Boston and am loving the weather. I've been a property manager in New England for several years with a very similar portfolio so I am excited for a smooth transition.

The water has been turned off temporarily due to an emergency. As soon as the repair is completed we will turn the water back on. Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have a specific time frame of when it will be done but we will update you guys as soon as we can!
