As you all may know, today is Veterans Day. In honor of all who have served, we want to say thank you for that you have done and continue to do for our country. One of the best parts about working in the Tampa Bay Area is that we get to work with so many individuals who are in the armed forces. In honor of today, I wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to all of our residents, family members, and friends who have served.

Dear Bayside Villas Residents,
As a friendly reminder, Mckinley would like to remind all our valued residents that per the Bayside Villas resident handbook:
1. Resident agrees that any animal outside of the apartment itself must remain on a leash and shall never be staked out or left on patios or balconies.
2. Animal waste is to be picked up immediately by resident, placed in a plastic bag, and deposited in a trash receptacle. Management reserves the right to fine resident $25.00 for each violation for removal of waste.

Dear Bayside Villas Residents,
It comes with great pleasure to announce that the roof replacement for the north east building has started today. Weather permitting, the replacement should be completed by November 1, 2019.
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of materials, debris removal, and waste receptacles needed for this project, the north parking lot will be partially blocked off on the side adjacent to the building. We kindly ask that you do not park your vehicle on the side that has been secured by the roofing contractor, as it could result in damage to your vehicle...

Dear McKinley Beach Residents,
Due to the hurricane, the beach office will be closed today.
As always, we will have a maintenance technician on call, so don’t hesitate to contact us should you have a maintenance emergency. You can call the office at 727-498-5170 and then follow the prompts to be transferred to the maintenance person on call.

To help residents prepare for the possibility of flooding associated with the pending storm, Pinellas County is making sandbags available to the public and we do have sandbags on the property available near the southwest waste receptacles. If you need assistance, please call the office at 727.498.5170.

Many of you have received your September billing statements. For the residents that have lease expirations in September and will be moving out, these statements will not reflect the pro-rated rent amount that will be due on September 1st.
Additionally, our system is not able to prorate rent until after the move-out has been processed. If you have auto-pay setup for the month of September, it is highly recommended that you cancel your auto payment as it will not prorate your rent and the full rent balance due reflected on the account will be drafted.
