I wanted to let you know that we are aware that the pool heater is not working properly. I have contacted the pool company and it appears it is getting low pressure and they will be out tomorrow, 2/8/19, to make the repairs and it should be up and running before we go into the weekend! :-)
Also, I have our electrician coming out tomorrow as well to fix the courtyard lighting that has been out.

Our expensive bike was stolen off the property. It was double locked and covered. I believe someone on our property was involved. There have been reports of other residents items being stolen as well . A fishing pole , paddles and a kayak. We need security cameras ASAP.
When will the 4 lights outfront be fixed. We have been told since June that they would be working soon. The steps going up to the second floor is dark and hard to see the steps. Is there anyway to at least get some kind of lighting for the steps before someone gets hurt.
Thank you so much for the feedback on the front lights. Our maintenance team is aware that they are still out. They were able to find the short for the courtyard lights, however they are still trying to locate the short for the front lights.

Good news! We are having an electrician come take a look at the four lights. Hopefully, they will be up and running in the next day or two!

The pool heater is currently on. We checked the temperature this afternoon and it was reading at 87 degrees.

The pool heater has been off for the last two weeks. When will they be turned back on? It would of been nice if they were on during the holidays so we could of used the pool during the day.
