As you all may know, today is Veterans Day. In honor of all who have served, we want to say thank you for that you have done and continue to do for our country. One of the best parts about working in the Tampa Bay Area is that we get to work with so many individuals who are in the armed forces. In honor of today, I wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to all of our residents, family members, and friends who have served.
On this Veterans Day, let us remember the service of our veterans, and let us renew our national promise to fulfill our sacred obligations to...
This is NOW the 3rd time I am placing a request that our AC unit is NOT working anymore and I am beginning to get EXTREMELY frustrated considering how patient I have been! The AC works whenever it wants to, intermittently! The coils freeze over and I am forced to stop the AC for TWO hours at times while the temperature rises to over 80+ degrees in the apartment. This is UNACCEPTABLE especially given that I work from home. This last week I was told not once, twice, or three, but FOUR times that someone would be coming to either fix this unit once and for all or replace it considering the...

Dear Bayside Villas Residents,
It comes with great pleasure to announce that the roof replacement for the north east building has started today. Weather permitting, the replacement should be completed by November 1, 2019.
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of materials, debris removal, and waste receptacles needed for this project, the north parking lot will be partially blocked off on the side adjacent to the building. We kindly ask that you do not park your vehicle on the side that has been secured by the roofing contractor, as it could result in damage to your vehicle...
Our bike was stolen off the property early Tuesday morning. This is the second time this has happened this year. We filed another police report. It doesn’t feel safe knowing that there are people lurking around the property looking to rob us. Secondly, there is a new resident that has been hitting cars in the parking lot and driving off . Our car was hit and damaged. Luckily another resident witnessed the incident and let us know who was responsible. Surveillance cameras on the property would be very helpful.
