Hello! I write again thanking them for their collaboration in avoiding the noise of the neighbors of the apartment above me. this occasion happens with the neighbors of the apartment next door 205, which apparently the 3 children sleep in the same room and connects to my room in my apartment what causes them to make so much noise: screaming and hitting things do not let sleep until midnight. It is uncomfortable and disturbing Thank you again

I noticed that you did submit a maintenance request online Saturday however since the office is closed it would not be received until Monday. If you have a maintenance emergency, such as a leak, in the future please contact our 24 hour emergency maintenance by dailing 407-238-9500 and selecting the option for emergency maintenance. Agua en el balcon de la casa, donde esta el lavandero, que lleva mas de 2 semanas constante. Caida de agua que se escucha en Los banos, sin estar en uso. Hemos llamado constantemente y NUNCA atienden. Desde el inicio del contrato hemos tenido problemas recurrentes que Han sido atendidos de forma RETRASADA, no hemos sido notificadas de que esten solucionanso Los problemas que ya se han mencionado, en Vista de ello solicitanos algun reembolso o cambio immediato de apartamento.

Spectrum Cable Billing

Good Afternoon Zach! Please be advised that since September 1, 2018, all Westwood Suites residents, including myself were personally billed by Spectrum Cable for cable services and/or cable boxes, whether we were aware of these developments or not. After McKinley managerial decisions to cancel the previously included cable services, previously termed an "amenity"; Spectrum Cable is holding every resident personally responsible/liable for cable services and/or cable box(es) in each apartment, along with newly imposed monthly payments. I have been advised by Spectrum Cable...

i to was billed $326 when my normal $99.21 for internet had a $122 for tv plus the next months bill for tv was added. I filed a bbb complaint against charter and let them know and just received a call back and charter is doing research to find out what happened.

I had no issues. I did my due diligence and contacted spectrum myself when we were given ample notice about the spectrum amenity being cut off. And returned my items as well as given a credit/discount for my continued internet service.
