We will have plumbers on site Tuesday, September 17 to try to determine the hot water issue. We will need access to all homes there will be no exceptions. I apologize for any incovenience this may cause. They will start at approximately 9 am and should only take a few minutes in each home. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Happy Friday!!! Just a friendly reminder that when placing a service request online, please be sure that you are checking the box giving us permission to enter. It is perfectly ok if you would like to be home, but please keep in mind that will limit when they can complete your service request. Unfortunately, although we do our best, it is not always possible for them to schedule exact times to accommodate everyone.

Water Service Interruption

Announcement for Westwood Suites

Good Afternoon Westwood Suites Residents, 9/5/19 Due to a recent leak issue as well as a valve issue, it will be necessary to shut water off to the community. This will occur tomorrow at approximately 9 am to replace the valve and will be turned back on as soon as possible. This will also take place next Tuesday September 10 th to locate a leak. We are of course doing our best to minimize the time your water is off as we understand the huge inconvenience this causes. We thank you so much for your cooperation. Good afternoon Residents!

I know you all are just as excited as I am to say goodbye to hurricane Dorian. From all that our team can see everything seems at least on the surface to be ok and without any major damage.

If you had any issues that have not been resolved or that you would like to report and have not done so, please go ahead and let our office know.

At least for this hurricane, we are back to normal and ready to move onward. I hope everyone can say the same and we certainly want to keep the folks in the Bahamas in our prayers.
