Rent from move in not credited and concession for the apartment not being ready not completed in statement area. The apartment is still not done. no mailbox. Dishwasher etc. Maintenance is trying it seems

Closed 4th of July

Dear Westwood Suites Residents,
We wanted to let everyone know that our Leasing Office will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen on Thursday, July 5th at 10am.
We will still have a member of our maintenance staff here to clean the grounds and assist with any emergencies that might come up. Please remember, you can always reach our emergency maintenance team at 407-238-9500.
We hope that everyone has a safe and enjoyable Independence Day!

Due to an emergency repair, in a few minutes, we will have to shut off the water for the property for no more than 2 hours. We are working as quick as possible to ensure that this is completed ASAP.

No quiero renovar

Feedback Problem for Westwood Suites

Buenas noches, quisiera saber que puedo hacer para no renovar contrato, se me vence el 8 de julio yo avise desde abril que me iba que no iba a renovar pero la semana pasada en vista de que no encontraba apto le avise a la manager de Westwood suite que iba a renovar me paso la renovación, pero resulta q el lunes nos dimos cuenta que a nuestro colchón se la salió moho por la humedad y no quiero renovar me retracto no puedo seguir así tengo 2 niños y no puedo tenerlos así hasta durmiendo en un colchón en ese estado, aparte de eso han sido muchos los problemas. Que puedo hacer?
