Spectrum Cable Billing

Feedback Problem for Westwood Suites

Good Afternoon Zach! Please be advised that since September 1, 2018, all Westwood Suites residents, including myself were personally billed by Spectrum Cable for cable services and/or cable boxes, whether we were aware of these developments or not. After McKinley managerial decisions to cancel the previously included cable services, previously termed an "amenity"; Spectrum Cable is holding every resident personally responsible/liable for cable services and/or cable box(es) in each apartment, along with newly imposed monthly payments. i to was billed $326 when my normal $99.21 for internet had a $122 for tv plus the next months bill for tv was added. I filed a bbb complaint against charter and let them know and just received a call back and charter is doing research to find out what happened.

I had no issues. I did my due diligence and contacted spectrum myself when we were given ample notice about the spectrum amenity being cut off. And returned my items as well as given a credit/discount for my continued internet service.

Air Conditioning/Hot Water Repair Tuesday

Good Afternoon Westwood Suites Residents,

We will need to make a brief shut down to the water line the supplies water for the air conditioning and hot water supply to Buildings 6915, 6951, 6939, and 6927 in order to replace a safety valve. This will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, October 2nd beginning at 10am and we expect this repair to take until 1pm to complete and restore air conditioning and hot water supply to your building. Dear Residents,

We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be online on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. With this letter, and the accompanying flyers, we hope to provide an easy transition, as well as answer some common questions. Of course, should you have any other questions or concerns, you should contact your Community Office.

hello, I am a resident of building 6825, apartment number 204. In the last few days I have had an inconvenience in the nightly hours from approximately 6:00 p.m. until dawn when the neighbors of the apartment above, that is, from the other floor, make a lot of noise. that causes that sound is heard in my apartment (below) which is very annoying and does not let my family sleep and rest, besides that I am pregnant and it is disturbing you. I hope you can help me in the best way possible. Thank you

I tried calling you however was unable to reach you. I wanted to inform you that the water was temporarily shut off due to an emergency plumbing repair.  I was notified that the water was restored at approximately 9pm. If you are still experiencing a water outage please do not hesitate to contact us at 407.238.9500 and select option 1 for emergency maintenance.  I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Does anyone know if there is an emergency number for mainatence?!? Power went off and when it came back on there were sparks coming from the AC... I turned off circuit breakers and need help ASAP!

rent amount owed is not correct

Zack, Today I paid what I believe to be the correct amount. We need to discuss the payment reversal on 8-24. Last we spoke I thought you felt that was likely an error and you would look into it. I need to sync with you to be sure that was our conversation or an explanation of that charge. We also spoke about the 100.00 cable credit. I realize this is not showing yet.
