We will need to make a brief shut down to the water line the supplies water for the air conditioning and hot water supply to Buildings 6915, 6951, 6939, and 6927 in order to replace a safety valve. This will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, October 2nd beginning at 10am and we expect this repair to take until 1pm to complete and restore air conditioning and hot water supply to your building. We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. hello, I am a resident of building 6825, apartment number 204. In the last few days I have had an inconvenience in the nightly hours from approximately 6:00 p.m. until dawn when the neighbors of the apartment above, that is, from the other floor, make a lot of noise. that causes that sound is heard in my apartment (below) which is very annoying and does not let my family sleep and rest, besides that I am pregnant and it is disturbing you. Zack, Today I paid what I believe to be the correct amount. We need to discuss the payment reversal on 8-24. Last we spoke I thought you felt that was likely an error and you would look into it.
