Thank you for using My.McKinley.com to let us know how we can make your community even better. A few of you let us know that the spas were not working properly and we have determined the items that need to be repaired. On Friday, we will have a team on-site to complete maintenance on the hot-tubs in each courtyard. The spas will be unavailable while these repairs are identified and serviced, but they should be ready in time for you to enjoy them this weekend.

Just a reminder that Bright House will be out tomorrow and Wednesday (July 1st and 2nd) to update your cable service to Digital. As they mentioned in the letter to you, they will be providing installation of the digital cable box in your home, free of charge. The cable service must be updated, since the traditional analog service is being discontinued nationwide.Bright House technicians are set to arrive at 9:00 am and make installations all day both Tuesday and Wednesday. In an effort to update our resident internet access, our IT vendor will be installing a new login page for the Wi-Fi in your courtyard. This will require a brief downtime for the equipment while they reinstall the portal. This outage is expected to begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (tomorrow) and will take approximately two hours. During this outage the Wi-Fi access in your courtyard will be unavailable.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 9th, it will be necessary to temporarily shut off the water supply to your building so the team can work on the chilled water line, in a continuing effort to improve our chiller system.
