We do apologize for the sudden interruption in water service today. Water has been restored at this point, however, we will need to make further corrections next week. We have discovered a leak in the first courtyard hot water line. Unfortunately, that has made it necessary to immediately shut off the main water supply to the entire community, so that the Team can make repairs to the water lines.

Our community is set for several beautification projects this year, some you have seen already. Coming up first is a fresh new look for the parking lot; Seal and Stripe will be taking place this week. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
As work progresses, we will need to dramatically alter the areas that are available for parking. We will send out notices and maps as we progress through the community. The crews will be redirecting traffic as needed, so please be very attentive...

Unfortunately there has been a maintenance emergency next door at Westgate Leisure Resort, and since our water systems are attached it will be necessary to shut off the water for at least 2 hours. Today one of our residents experienced an oven fire – Everything is fine and most importantly, everyone is okay; only the stove was damaged. However, this is the second similar incident in a month, so we want to be sure it does not happen again.
