Good Morning Residents!
Just wanted to give you all some information on the storm developing in the Atlantic that is making its way towards NW Florida. Below you will find some info pertaining to exactly what a hurricane is and how to prepare for one in the event it passes through. This was shared by another property manager and I feel it would benefit all of our residents to review and create a plan for your households. I will print out a few checklists and have them ready at the office so you may use this weekend to gather supplies and ways to monitor the storms...

Dear Westwood Residents
I am happy to announce that the Chiller is up and running again. The A/C technicians were able to determine what the issue was with it shutting down. At the moment it will just take a bit longer for your apartment to cool, just give it some time.
There are parts that were ordered today and will be installed on Monday.
For the moment we will be keeping a close eye on the chiller, we have our maintenance techs on call if any other issue should arise over the weekend.

Wanted to give you an update on the renovations taking place at Building 4 (6825). DBK will be replacing your patio screens this Thursday 8/27 and Friday 8/28. If you can please allow the crew to exit from your apartment to finish installing your new screens if possible. Please be careful when navigating the breezeways also as the paint may be wet. Thank you for your time and patience through these renovations and let us know if theres anything we can do for you.
I don't know whose idea it was for the new screens to have vinyl/plastic on the bottom but its terrible. Not only does it bake in the sun so it's too hot to sit on your porch but you can't see out of it. I feel like I'm in jail. Is it BPA free? it smells like it's melting. Taking the awnings off of the apartments may have also seemed like a good idea but when it rains, there isn't anything to block the water. My entire porch is soaked. I used to love to sit on the porch. My dog loved it too and now she can't even see anything. she was so upset today, she...
