There's always a valid excuse for all complaints. The welcome treatment is hot water to kill and nobody fixes it, they just say that no resident complained about that and they are going to send someone to verify it. Maintenance came and said that they can't fix the switch and Outlets connections in the apt because they are connected "straight" , Frontdesk suggested me to buy clap lamps to solve my problem, without dryer a week and counting. Year 2019!!! OMG...
Buenas noches, escribo exactamente a las 12:25 am, tengo la inquietud si ustedes mantienen informado a los residentes o nuevos residentes que el horario de la piscina es hasta las 8 si no me equivoco, ya que durante la semana hasta altas horas de la noche se encuentran personas dentro de la piscina sin respetar la privacidad de los residentes que descansan ya que mantienen música a cierto volumen. We have a main water line by Building 6813 that is leaking and needs to be repaired. This will unfortunately require us to shut off water to the community while we make this repair. This repair will begin at approximately 10:30 this morning and we except water to be restored by no later than 1pm. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work to quickly repair this water line.
As you may be aware, we share a common water main line with Westgate Resorts. They have a major leak repair that they need to address which will require the water to be shut down for an extended period this evening. Starting at 10pm, water will be shut off to our communities. They anticipate the repairs to be complete and water service restored by 6am Thursday morning. We apoligize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and will post any updates as we received them.

Monterey lake and the situation is getting out of control, it is not only weekends, but Monday or Wednesday, no matter the day or time, people drinking alcohol, listening to music at full volume, kareoke, in the bbq area of building M, that area must be closed permanently soon open a fight between neighbors to fists, not everything has to be solved by calling the police, the administration has to take a strong decision and continue smoking when it was said that monterey was free smoke
