Holiday Safety Tips from the American Red Cross

Good Morning Everyone!

I wanted to share some helpful safety tips provided by the American Red Cross to keep you and your family safe this holiday season.

Cooking Safety : Anyone cooking should start by not wearing loose clothing or dangling sleeves while cooking. Never leave cooking food unattended – stay in the kitchen when frying, grilling or broiling food. If someone must leave the kitchen for even a short period of time, they should turn off the stove. Other safety steps include:

Apartment next door loud music

Feedback Problem for Westwood Suites

I just moved here recently (2 months ago) my neighbor next door plays his thumping music at all times of day and night, sometimes at 10:00pm or 3:00am. We have to go to work and school every day and need some peace and quiet. He also has a loud small car (loud mufflers or pipes) that he drives in and out every few hours during the night. Several times we had to bang the wall so he will know that his music is too loud. Please can you bring this to his attention so we can sleep and have peace and quiet as we come home. Feedback Problem for Westwood Suites

I would like to send a complaint about a very incompetent sales rep at Westwood suites, ones who rubbed my the wrong way since the day he started. First off let me start off by saying how incredibly rude he is, not sure of its to everyone or it's just me. I had two packages sent to me a couple weeks ago, both said they been delivered. I went to go pick both up, but one could only be found. So I was told to go look at the other office, which they didn't have either. I told the sender of the package that the package was missing. The package contained many things that I needed for...

I'm sorry but I will have to disagree with these comments about Randy Moreno. I have been here for a year and I have never had a
problem with any of the staff members who work in the office or with any of the maintenance staff. I have been to the office many times and have never seen Randy be rude to anyone. Whenever, I go to see if I have a package everyone is always very helpful. Maybe he was taking care of someone else at the time and if so you need to learn how to be patient. When ever I have had a concern about something it is always taken care of very promptly. I will have to say that the staff here is very courteous and helpful.
Believe me you won't find that every where you go.
