We wanted to remind everyone that May's rent is due on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019. It is imperative that you make the proper arrangements now to ensure that your May payment is made on time through any of our available payment methods.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, these must be brought in to the office during normal business hours. You may also choose to pay with a check or credit card, through our resident portal online or by calling 1-866-869-4014 and providing your unique residentID.

TECO has confirmed with us that gas service will be restored withing the next 20 minutes. Because gas is used for our hot water boilers, it will take approximately 2 addition hours from when gas is restored for the water to become hot. Thank you in advance for your patience as TECO restores gas service to our community.
There is a gas outage in our area at this time. This is affecting both hot water as well as cooking with your stove. We have been in contact with our utility providor, TECO, and they have notified us that they are currently working to restore service to the area and our community but could not provide a time frame for when gas service will be restored.
Please be sure to turn off any stove burners that you may have attempted to use so that gas does not accidentally escape once service is restored.
Our Leasing Office will be closing early this Thursday, April 25th, at 3:30pm. Even though our Leasing Office will be closed, emergency maintenance will still be available by calling 407-238-9500. Our on-call technician will respond promptly to your call to address your maintenance concern. We will reopen with normal hours on Friday, April 26th, at 10:00am.
Buenas tardes 2 cosas.... 1 - Aplique a finales de enero del presente año y solicitó una copia del contrato y resulta que perdieron la hoja de mi aplicación y me tocó hacerla de nuevo y llevo un mes y aún no me dan solucion a este inconveniente que me tiene perjudicada y lo peor cada que voy me dicen miles de excusas, lo que que me parece ya una falta de respeto. 2- se aplicó para un apto sin carpeta lo entregaron con ella solicitamos retiro y tampoco dan respuesta. Espero solucion a esto lo más pronto posible.
