Today 11/22/2017 water in building 6825 will be shut off for a few hours due to a leak repair. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we thank you for your patience and cooperation while we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Due to an emergency repair, we will have to shut off the water for building 6915 between the hours of 11:00am - 12:30pm on Thursday, November 16th, 2017. I hope you had a wonderful day! Due to an emergency repair, we would have to shut down the chiller for approximately 1-2 hours. You will experience a loss in A/C in the apartment in this time period. We are aware that the chiller is currently down and the A/C units might not be providing cold air, as it is normally, but we have contacted our A/C mechanical company and they are currently working to resolve the matter.

Good Afternoon Residents,
Due to recent vandalism & theft in our pool areas as well as the club house patio area, we will be installing cameras throughout. For the time being, we will only be opening the patio club house area during office hours. It will be opened at 9:00 am daily and locked at 6:00 pm. We are currently working on an immediate repair for our boiler in the 2nd courtyard, so there will be an outage of hot water for a few hours. I will definitely keep you updated on when the hot water will be turned back on.
