I hope you had a wonderful New Year! I wanted to advise you that we will be turning on the heater today, so you will not be feeling any A/C in the apartment. We will be leaving the heater on for a few days until the highest degree reaches 55.

Feedback Praise for Westwood Suites

My microwave oven stopped working on Christmas Day 2016, I left a voicemail on December 26, 2017 and Mae and her staff had it replaced by the morning of December 27, 2017!!! I even had a follow up call from Matt in the front office to make sure the new microwave was working well and I was satisfied!! Congratulations to Mae and her entire staff, including the maintenance team!! Their hard work and dedication are making life for the residents of Westwood Suites easier for all!! Thanks Mae and staff!! Happy 2018!!

I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that Rent is due on the 1st of the month and rent can be paid until the 2nd day of the month. On the 3rd day of the month rent is late and a late fee will be placed on your account. You can pay rent at the leasing office with your personal check or money order. Due to an emergency leak repair, we will have to shut down the chiller from 8am – 12pm on Friday, 12/15/17. During this time, you will not have A/C in the apartment. We understand that this is an inconvenience and will be working at the fastest rate to ensure a quick resolution.
