I would once again like to recognize Mae and her staff for the wonderful job and attention to detail at the Westwood Suites. In December 2017, my microwave oven stopped working and by the day after reporting its failure, Mae purchased a replacement and had Chris, the maintenance technician deliver and install it. In January 2018, my McKinley supplied dining room table and chairs were deteriorating quite rapidly and Mae had them promptly removed and replaced. Mae has made the residents of Westwood Suites feel welcomed and like family as opposed to making them feel insignificant and trivialized...
I would like to share some praise for Mae and her staff at the Westwood Suites. My apartment in particular and this building (6915) in general, has had a recurring problems with mold and mildew since I became a resident in 2008. Currently, I am on my second McKinley supplied dehumidifier for the mitigation of moisture, mold and mildew. In October 2017, the mold and mildew reappeared in my apartment, but thanks to Mae, it was cleaned, treated and swiftly dealt with. The mold and mildew reappeared in January 2018 and after 10 days elapsed from its original discovery; the problem was rectified...

I just wanted to give another reminder in regards to the bike permits!
If you have a bicycle on property, please stop by the office and pick up a bicycle permit prior to 1/29/18. We will be conducting bicycle inspections after that date; any bicycle without the permit will be removed from the racks.
