Good Evening Westwood Suites Residents!
Due to an emergency boiler leak, we are going to have to shut the boiler down for about 2 hours. You will be experiencing a brief period without hot water. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences, but we are trying to complete this repair as fast as possible.

Wanted to share some appreciation to Frank the maintenance technician for resolving some issues with my stove and plumbing. The same day these issues were reported to Mae, Frank came to my apartment and remained until it was almost 8 PM to resolve the reported issues. Thank you!

Your safety is very important to us and we wanted to keep you reminded of a few safety tips:
Ensure that all doors and windows are locked upon leaving. Even when you are at the house, please make sure to follow the same protocols. Remember to close all your blinds upon leaving your home and leave your lights on, so the house looks occupied. Don’t keep any spare keys hidden in “hiding spots” outside of your home.
