**Brief Water Shut Off Today**

We have to make a shut off to the water in order to make an emergency plumbing repair. We expect water to be off starting at 10am and being restored by 1pm or sooner. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we make this emergency repair.

February Rent Payments

Announcement for Westwood Suites

Dear Westwood Suites Residents,

With February rent due, we wanted to remind everyone that we are no longer accepting rent payments through an office drop box.

This decision was made for the protection and safety of our valued residents and their financial accounts. Unfortunately, there have been several cases of drop box theft and vandalism in our area which have compromised the accounts for renters at other communities.

Rent received on or after February 3rd is considered late. Please drop off any checks or money orders to the Westwood leasing office prior to 5pm...

PLEASE READ ENTIRE NOTICE-VERY IMPORTANT!

Monday, January 28th will commence the sealcoat and restriping of our community drive paths. Each stage should last an estimated one-day period of time. You and your guests MUST park outside of the scheduled sections on the dates listed below. Tow trucks will be on-site at 8:00am to begin relocating cars that are improperly parked in these areas. Please be advised, all cars, trucks, trailers, etc. that are relocated, will be logged and the owner of said vehicle will be responsible for...

We wanted to take a moment and notify you of an adjustment in our Leasing Office hours beginning Monday, November 19th.  

Our new Leasing Office hours are: 

Monday - Friday: 12pm to 6pm 

Saturday: Closed 

Sunday: Closed 

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency while the Leasing Office is closed, you can still contact emergency maintenance at 407-238-9500. If you have any questions about this change please do not hesitate to stop by the Leasing Office or give us a call!
