Good evening and Happy Halloween! I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and don't eat too much candy tonight!!
Our office will close at 3 today but I wanted to let everyone know that a few weeks ago, I sent out notice about violations being enforced when it comes to patios, cars, etc. I wanted to let you know that starting tomorrow, fines will be in effect. Please make sure that your patio is clean and free of debris and used only for intended purpose. Make sure blinds are facing outward, that there is no trash, etc. Please feel free to refer back to the original notification...

Dear Residents of Westwood
Tomorrow, maintenance will be removing any items including bikes, and grills from all common areas. Bikes must be on the bike racks that are provided or stored in your home. Grills or other personal items cannot be stored in any common area outside your home. Please take a moment to resolve this matter.
All bikes on the bike rack need to have the bike sticker. All bikes not found with the sticker will be removed. As always, feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have.

Good morning Residents! We encourage all residents to use our patio areas even for small get togethers such as birthday parties. However, if you are going to do so, have the courtesy to clean up after your event. Also, please do not use confetti as it is almost impossible to get it all cleaned up. Thank you in advance for doing the right thing when using the community areas.
