The front pool by the rental office will be closed on Tuesday for a routine maintenance treatment. I never got a chance to this but i think its long over due! I've been tru alot over the past year, I got kicked out my place when i was about 6mos pregnant then moved out of town to go stay w/ my family that barely had room for me. Then i came back to orlando to stay with another family member atill not enough room. i lived in a room with my child for about 4mos. Then i finally got a job (thank God) I looked everywhere for a good place to stay in w/ my child. Everywhere i looked was over priced and way too small or not in a good area. Finally i made my way over at the Pines the outside...

WHILE I UNDERSTAND AT TIMES IT NEEDS SERVICE I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO USE IT ONCE SINCE I MOVED HERE IN NOVEMBER. GIVEN A COMPLEX THIS SIZE THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE OFFICE TO TURN IT OFF. I AM NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS. I CHECK IT DAILY AND IT IS NEVER ON. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AN APARTMENT THIS SIZE CHEAPER IN A COMPLEX WITHOUT A POOL OR HOT TUB. COMING NOVEMBER WHEN ITS TIME TO RENEW MY LEASE IT MAY BE TIME TO MOVE. I AM NOT HAPPY

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE NOVEMBER AND USE OF THE HOT TUB IS NEARLY NON EXISTENT. WHILE I CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT ON 3 OCCASIONS IT WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR THE MOST PART 98% OF THE TIME THE WATER IN IT IS LUKEWARM AT BEST AND ITS FUNCTION IS TURNED OFF FROM THE INSIDE OF THE OFFICE. IF ANYTHING IT SHOULD BE TURNED OFF AT THE END OF THE OFFICE BUSSINNESS DAY. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL AND WILL PROBABLY MOVE WHEN MY LEASE IS DONE. THEY CANNOT BE NICKEL AND DIMEING AMENITIES LIKE THIS. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A CHEAPER APARTMENT THE SAME SIZE IN A COMPLEX THAT DOES NOT HAVE A POOL OR HOT TUB
