My New Place!!

Feedback Praise for The Pines

I never got a chance to this but i think its long over due! I've been tru alot over the past year, I got kicked out my place when i was about 6mos pregnant then moved out of town to go stay w/ my family that barely had room for me. Then i came back to orlando to stay with another family member atill not enough room. i lived in a room with my child for about 4mos. Then i finally got a job (thank God) I looked everywhere for a good place to stay in w/ my child. Everywhere i looked was over priced and way too small or not in a good area. Finally i made my way over at the Pines the outside...

Hi Regine,

Thank you for the post. I am going to be moving in at the end of August. I too have been looking for a place that is nice and reasonably priced. I found it with the Pines. I have fell in love with the place on the outside. I even stopped by one day after work just to walk around. I am pretty anxious! I have not been able to see the inside yet other than the pictures. Your post makes me even more excited to move-in!

WHY IS THE HOT TUB ALWAYS OFF ??????

Feedback Question for The Pines

WHILE I UNDERSTAND AT TIMES IT NEEDS SERVICE I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO USE IT ONCE SINCE I MOVED HERE IN NOVEMBER. GIVEN A COMPLEX THIS SIZE THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE OFFICE TO TURN IT OFF. I AM NOT THE ONLY RESIDENT UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS. I CHECK IT DAILY AND IT IS NEVER ON. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AN APARTMENT THIS SIZE CHEAPER IN A COMPLEX WITHOUT A POOL OR HOT TUB. COMING NOVEMBER WHEN ITS TIME TO RENEW MY LEASE IT MAY BE TIME TO MOVE. I AM NOT HAPPY

HOT TUB

Feedback Problem for The Pines

I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE NOVEMBER AND USE OF THE HOT TUB IS NEARLY NON EXISTENT. WHILE I CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT ON 3 OCCASIONS IT WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR THE MOST PART 98% OF THE TIME THE WATER IN IT IS LUKEWARM AT BEST AND ITS FUNCTION IS TURNED OFF FROM THE INSIDE OF THE OFFICE. IF ANYTHING IT SHOULD BE TURNED OFF AT THE END OF THE OFFICE BUSSINNESS DAY. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL AND WILL PROBABLY MOVE WHEN MY LEASE IS DONE. THEY CANNOT BE NICKEL AND DIMEING AMENITIES LIKE THIS. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A CHEAPER APARTMENT THE SAME SIZE IN A COMPLEX THAT DOES NOT HAVE A POOL OR HOT TUB

Thank you for your feedback on the hot tub, I am sorry that you're not happy with the performance of the tub, it has been down this week and I can assure you that Claudio is working on it as we speak. He assures me that it will be fixed by the end of the day tomorrow.

We definitely do not want you to move over this issue.

I can assure you this is not something that we turn off from the office, it remains on during pool hours. Unfortunately, like Jeannette said, we had problem with it this week. Claudio is an amazing Maintenance Supervisor and he will get it fixed tomorrow.

Please give us an opportunity to fix this problem and to show you that you should decide to continue to live at The Pines. We appreciate you as a resident and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied living at The Pines.

*Spa Update

I am happy to report that the spa is nice and *Hot" however the jets are not all working at this moment. We tried resolving the issue but it will require a Contractor to assist us. I do apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted. Hope you have a fantastic evening and I will talk to you very soon.
