I understand. We are in the process of changing our internet provider for hopefully a bit of a change in speed. As you know any Wi-Fi will be a bit slower than a direct connection. The speed also depends on the number of people on the system. I personally have used it as back up to Brighthouse and was able to check my email, downloading videos, takes a bit longer, I agree. Our change to the internet provider will be done by the end of next week, my fingers are crossed 

quality of life problem

i am truly sick of those animals who moved in below me. the constant fighting and police presence every time it gets out of control. has me fearing for my familys safety. seriously has me considering just putting in my 2 months notice and breaking my lease. that apartment is always overcrowded and undesirables coming in and out all hours of the day. something very serious is going on there and really needs to be looked into before the pines community winds up on the news..

Within the last month, I've had two items stolen from me: my car (which I got back) and now my bicycle. I've never experienced any problems while living in my old unit but since I've moved, I'm not having the best of luck. Just keep an eye on what's going on in the complex so other people won't have to deal with these issues like I am...

I am so sorry that you had both of those experiences! I hear about very few crimes in our community, but even a single event like this really is a shame. If you would not mind, please bring a copy of the police reports to our community manager, Jeanette, so we can take any appropriate actions as well.

I had someone break into my car in December, there was nothing in the car for them to take so I didn't file a police report. However, it was clear someone had been in my car and went through my glove compartment and console in the car. It's the first time I have had any problems living here.

WHY DO WE HAVE PEOPLE WITH EXTREMELY LARGE DOGS LIVING HERE WHO DONT REALLY CARE WHERE THERE DOGS DROP THEIR FILTHY DISGUSTING MESS EVERYWHERE AND THE OWNERS DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEM. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO ENFORCE CLEANUP........
