I called OUC already and notified them the 2nd transformer went out at the front of the community. They are already out and working on the one effecting the back buildings. I am sorry as I know most of you are coming home right now, it should NOT take too long. Jeanette

The people who live over me are constantly stomping and running and jumping across the floor! Do they not have any carpet and padding at all? Seriously...it's that bad. I understood when I took a 1st floor unit that there would be times when I'd hear someone walking or whatever...but this is absolutely ridiculous. It honestly sounds like a gymnist is running and jumping across the apartment. Can you please say something that would encourage them to have more consideration for the fact that somebody is trying to "live" under them on 1st floor?...
I would to thank Johnny Lamboy maint supervisor for his fantastic efforts in getting me a new fridge when the one in the apt went out. Not only did he take care of that but he lugged the new fridge up to my 3rd floor apt by himself without one complaint. It is because of Johnny,s great efforts that I am pleased to be a resident here. I would also like to thank Genesis Fernandez for always having a smile and a great attitude when ever I need help. Lastly I wish to thank Jeanette Wagner for helping me when I need it most. Paul Vallez
I have noticed since I moved in we are very lucky to have a variety of native species around. Sadly I have also seem that some residents and mainly their children are very destructive to them. I have seen them throwing rocks at the ducks. Discarding<br /> trash in the lakes where I've seen a baby turtle dead with its hear stuck in a beer can. This is despicable behavior for civilized beings and I would hope we can make everyone who lives here aware that these are living creatures and should be treated as such. How would it feel if the animals threw rocks at us?...
