Hello again Pines residents,
I wanted to let you know that the water will need to be shut off on Tuesday, DECEMBER 18. My previous announcement had the wrong date.
We will be turning the water off on Tuesday, December 18 to repair a water main leak, and this will affect the entire property. We will turn the water off beginning around 9:00am on Tuesday, and it will be off for up to 5 hours.

Good afternoon Pines residents!
I hope all of you are doing well and are getting ready for the holidays! I also hope all of you are keeping warm on this brisk Florida winter day!

I wasn't inside 20 minutes!! I thought the car was stolen so I called the police. The police are supposed to be called within 30 minutes of taking the car but over an hour...

It is imperative that you make the proper arrangements NOW to ensure that your December payment...

With a price increase they better starts putting bags again and pressure washing it and picking up boxes also. The trash be smelling real bad outside and is making people have bug problems. Can't just increase a price to something without anything in return. This apartments are already real high on price...
