Correction!! Water will be shut off on Tuesday, DECEMBER 18

Announcement for The Pines

Hello again Pines residents,

I wanted to let you know that the water will need to be shut off on Tuesday, DECEMBER 18. My previous announcement had the wrong date.

We will be turning the water off on Tuesday, December 18 to repair a water main leak, and this will affect the entire property. We will turn the water off beginning around 9:00am on Tuesday, and it will be off for up to 5 hours.

Good morning Pines residents,

I hope you are all doing well and getting ready for the holidays! I wanted to let you know that in order to repair a water main leak, we will need to turn off the water to the ENTIRE COMMUNITY on Tuesday morning, December 17. It will be turned off at approximately 9:00 and be off for up to 5 hours.

Our goal is to perform the repair as quickly as possible and turn the water back on sooner than that time frame. We will keep you posted.

Coat Closet did not get wet vacuumed

URGENT

Feedback Problem for The Pines

More than one individual is needed to address the flood in my apt. N106 at The Pines. The longer this water sits, the more damage is done. Please help!

Hi Mary, I completely understand that your carpet is wet and agree that it will take more than our maintenance tech to resolve the issue. We have a carpet cleaning company on their way out to extract the water and they should be here within the next 30 minutes or so.

Lamp post repairs at The Pines!

Good afternoon Pines residents!

I hope all of you are doing well and are getting ready for the holidays! I also hope all of you are keeping warm on this brisk Florida winter day!

We have identified 2 lamp posts that had not been working here at The Pines. The first is the lamp post closest to the mailboxes, and we were able to repair that one today. So it will be working for you this evening! The other is at the front pool south gate, and we are in the process of repairing that one as well. The repair on this lamp post is a little more involved, so it will take a little...

Towing

Feedback Problem for The Pines

I am very disappointed in the towing situation that happened today. I had a mechanic looking at my truck so I borrowed my daughter's car to pick up mom. My mom had a stroke and respiratory failure and has trouble walking. The office is closed so I can't get a visitor pass so I pulled into a parking spot near my house took my mom & her things in the house .I come back outside and the car was gone!!!!!! I wasn't inside 20 minutes!! I thought the car was stolen so I called the police.The police are supposed to be called within 30 minutes of taking the car but over an hour...

Dear Pines Residents,

With December rent being due this Saturday, 12/1/18, we wanted to remind everyone that we no longer have a drop box.

The decision to remove the drop box was made for the protection and safety of our valued residents and their financial accounts. We certainly do not want to make it more difficult for you to pay rent, but must be proactive in order to avoid any further theft or vandalism that could compromise your privacy and/or financial information.

It is imperative that you make the proper arrangements NOW to ensure that your December payment...

I don't know why or how we are getting an increase for the trash valet. They use to put a bag before, so it don't get dirty. But now they don't even do that and it be smelling real bad. With a price increase they better starts putting bags again and pressure washing it and picking up boxes also. The trash be smelling real bad outside and is making people have bug problems. Can't just increase a price to something without anything in return. This apartments are already real high on price...

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours - The Pines & Studio Parc

Dear Residents,

We wanted to inform you of our Leasing Office hours for the week of Thanksgiving so that you are able to plan accordingly. We will be open during regular business hours from 9am-6pm on Monday and Tuesday, November 19th and 20th. We will be closing early on Wednesday, November 21st, and will be available in the office from 9am-3pm. Our offices will be closed this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the Thanksgiving holiday, November 22-24. We will re-open on Monday, November 26th and will resume normal buiness hours from 10am-6pm.
