The annual Fire Alarm Testing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2019 and will begin at approximately 9am. The test and inspection will consist of flashing strobes and audible alarms ringing. The alarms may be loud and will sound for a short period of time. Please be advised that the ringing is just a test of the fire alarm life safety system . This is to inform you of some awesome news! In an effort to continue enhancing our community, we have scheduled stairwell and breezeway power washing for each building. A third-party company will commence the power washing this upcoming Monday, July 15 th and intend on completing 2 buildings per day. In preparation for this, we kindly ask that you remove any personal items from your patios or balconies to avoid damage. Please be aware that Discount Plumbing is currently on-site completing repairs to the drainage system in from of building M. Unfortunately, while doing so, a gas line was hit and so the Fire Department and Teco Gas were contacted immediately. The fire department were contacted for preventative measures so please do not be alarmed. Teco Gas is currently working on repairing the line and once it is complete Discount Plumbing will continue with the repairs. I apologize for the inconvenience. I’m glad I am not the only unhappy tenant with that illegal violation notice.... should be specific as to how many plants or boxes or chairs you should have on your patio!!!! Why have a patio in the first place! And just sticking a paper in patio door is unprofessional! I am no longer happy here! I think think this is new management! We had no issues when David Allen was here... They should worry about those holes in the patio screen and pressure wash those screens as well!!!! Very disappointed!

I came home tonight to a violation Notice on my door. Giving me a warning that I am in violation of my lease b/c I have my kids scooter and skateboard on the porch. Mind you it's been there literally for the past 2/3 years and it's never been a problem. both items mentioned are for outside use, so where else would I put them. Then it states this is my first violation the next will result in a min fee of $25. That's absolute B.S. and it is unappreciated. Do better McKinley and the pines. This whole apartment complex is in violation for the tenants that Live here and pay this...
