would like to know why the health department shut the pool down??? why were we not notified that the pool was closed due to health department? I find this to be poor management. Residents need to be informed as to what is going on.
I am presenting problems with the website when I want to make a service request, in a bathroom I have the roof damaged by a leak due to the apartment above, and now in the other bathroom it presents the same, a week ago I did not report and I have not obtained answer, now I can not present a service request either, I hope you can communicate with me as soon as possible.

Good Afternoon Valued Residents!
This is to inform you that our compactor is currently down. We've placed a service call with Waste Management and they've assured us that they will make any necessary repairs as quickly as possible. In the meantime, a dumpster has been placed next to the compactor so that you may dispose of your waste. We kindly ask that you do not dispose of your waste on the ground nor in the trash compactor. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
I just wanted to share with the community a reminder about tenant rights. Based on Florida law we need to be given 12 hours notice before the complex enters our apartments. Hello Mary Beth. How is going to order a new refrigerator for my apartment. Whatever maintenance is saying they are doing to fix the refrigerator it is not fix because I need a brand new refrigerator. So whoever needs to approve the order for a new refrigerator please contact them. Thank you

The inspections are scheduled to commence tomorrow, June 20th, with Buildings 4403 and 4405. the flowering tree that is just outside of our screen door needs to be trimmed back as its in the way of walking into and out of our apartment. Also, in front on the apartment by the 3rd parking space there is a hole that needs to be filled in. My grandson has stepped there twice now and fallen both times so can we please get it fixed??? It's crazy how the refrigerator comes alive and the maintenance team say it's to full or too empty so now you can't store things in the freezer or refrigerator. It can't be fixed it needs to be replaced. I have a recording of it just don't know how to post it on her. Also everyone in the community heads up don't throw away your drip pans (burners for the stove) like I did it was a mistake. Since the office charges $25 dollars to get you need ones.
