Feedback Question for The Pines

would like to know why the health department shut the pool down??? why were we not notified that the pool was closed due to health department? I find this to be poor management. Residents need to be informed as to what is going on.

Good Morning,

The 2nd pool is closed because the life ring has gone missing and 1 of the pool gate bars has been removed, not due to the pool chemistry. As soon as both items are addressed, I will be reopening the pool area. In the meantime, please feel free to use the pool and spa by the leasing office.

I am presenting problems with the website when I want to make a service request, in a bathroom I have the roof damaged by a leak due to the apartment above, and now in the other bathroom it presents the same, a week ago I did not report and I have not obtained answer, now I can not present a service request either, I hope you can communicate with me as soon as possible.

Compactor is Down

Good Afternoon Valued Residents!

This is to inform you that our compactor is currently down. We've placed a service call with Waste Management and they've assured us that they will make any necessary repairs as quickly as possible. In the meantime, a dumpster has been placed next to the compactor so that you may dispose of your waste. We kindly ask that you do not dispose of your waste on the ground nor in the trash compactor. To continue our efforts to maintain our community and apartments, we will be implementing mandatory quarterly preventative pest control inspections and treatments. The inspections are scheduled to commence tomorrow, June 20th, with Buildings 4403 and 4405. A member of Total Pest Services and The Pines team will be entering your apartment between 10am and 6pm in order to inspect and treat your home, if necessary. the flowering tree

Feedback Problem for The Pines

the flowering tree that is just outside of our screen door needs to be trimmed back as its in the way of walking into and out of our apartment. Also, in front on the apartment by the 3rd parking space there is a hole that needs to be filled in. My grandson has stepped there twice now and fallen both times so can we please get it fixed??? I have reported several times now.

Order A Refrigerator

It's crazy how the refrigerator comes alive and the maintenance team say it's to full or too empty so now you can't store things in the freezer or refrigerator. It can't be fixed it needs to be replaced. I have a recording of it just don't know how to post it on her. Also everyone in the community heads up don't throw away your drip pans (burners for the stove) like I did it was a mistake. Since the office charges $25 dollars to get you need ones. I find it hilarious because they are suppose to replace it for free. Do we live in a house with mortgage or a...

I hope you are doing well. I tried calling you a few moments ago but was unable to reach you. I've placed a work order for your fridge, as mentioned in the previous message. Maintenance will inspect it and determine what is necessary to address the noise. The fridge or freezer being overstuffed can cause it to not cool properly and also emit a noise when it is running. This may or may not be the case and maintenance will be able to determine this. We will contact you to inform you of their findings. The drip pans are replaced/new prior to move-in and it is the responsibility of the resident to maintain them. Should it be necessary to replace them, we offer to do so at a charge.
