Mold problem

So I’ve been having this mold problem. One day I decided to wear a pair of shoes that I had stored at the top of my closet. When I went to pull them down I found that they had mold all over them. I checked a few other shoes at the top of the closet and they too had mold all over them. So I threw them away and said maybe I should purchase some damp rid, maybe that will help. It did not. A few days later I kept smelling mold and I could not figure out where it was coming from until I pulled the chair apart that sits in Between the closet and bed and that too has grown mold. So I threw that out...

Parking

Feedback Problem for The Pines

What about putting building numbers or apartment numbers on the parking lot spaces and removing the handicap ones and keep only a minimum of two. No one rarely uses the handicap ones. Parking is a problem ever evening

As a start, how about enforcing the current rules: towing cars that are not parked properly and such.

I'm sure people would be unhappy, but perhaps they'd respect the rules IF they were enforced.

Hi!

I hope everyone is having a great start to their 2020 year. I want to remind you that, rent is due this weekend. Also, remember that rent payments using a check or money order must be received during our office hours. This means that you have until 5pm on Saturday February 1st, to drop off your payment.

If you would like to pay your rent online, come to the office or email me and I will happily show you how.

REMEMBER! A late fee of $100.00 will be assessed on Monday, February 3rd, to those who do not pay their rent by the end of the day on Sunday, February 2nd...

No Parking!!!!

Since 9 PM I was not able to find any parking spot! can someone tell me where to park??? And it’s now 3:13 am!!! obviously rules and regulation are not being followed here and this is ridiculous!!!! Do I have to stay up all night !!! Can someone get corporate involved please!!!!

Thank you very much for bringing this concern to my attention and I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.  We have since drafted a notice to go out to all of the buildings in the community advising to please stop in the office and register thier vehichles as starting the new years we will begin better monitoring the visitors parking  and towing cars with out decals.

parking here is ridiculous had to park on the opposite side of the complex, should have at least one assigned parking spot per apartment so you have no worries. Cant wait untill leas is over to move; for the price of rent thats the least they can do.

Parking here is the worst a couple of weeks after moving in my car got scraped and dent from the back door all to the way to back bumper... Not too long after my wife’s car had what look like an enlarged nike symbol inverted on one of the doors and last night we bought a car and today already had a scrape.
Last week went to visit family and when came back had to park at the end of the complex And walk all the way to my apartment under the rain with my baby.
Definitely something needs to be done because clearly towing cars is not enough.
Would have definitely look into other options if I knew before hand of the parking situation. Lived in Studio Parc for 3 years and never had a parking problem or had neighbors that do Not care for other people’s property.

Parking is the worst I had the same problem on weekdays night and weekends, but you can all do what I do now call the towing company that is associated with the complew it is called NEW GENERATION TOWING 321-442-3772. I hope this helps you guys like it helps me...

Washer Repair

Feedback Problem for The Pines

It’s going on three weeks and I am still waiting on a resolution for my washer. The maintenance already came and says he does not know how to fix it. My work order keep getting closed without a resolution. This is ridiculous!!! How hard is it to either call someone out to fix it or just give me one from another apartment. I have clothes piling up still. The rent here is not cheap so I refuse to spend money to wash my clothes elsewhere when I should have a working washer. At this point I’m pissed and does anyone have the number to a Corporate Office??
