Fire alarm

Feedback Problem for The Pines

My fire alarm has went off randomly ( at least it seems ) beeping for about 15 seconds. Can someone pls come check on it. Also there is a leak under the kitchen sink.

Property Jetting

Good Morning to our Lovely Residents!

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that, tomorrow, Discount Plumbing will be jetting the lines on the property. The only thing we need for you to do/not do is to please refrain from parking over any manhole covers. They will need clear access to these in order to the perform the jetting. No apartment entry will be necessary. We will have the tow company on standby to relocate any vehicles that are parked over any manhole covers. For those of you that have I have not spoken with or met yet; I am the new property manager here at The Pines. I started October 1st and already am in love with this oasis-like property! You all have been so welcoming and I look forward to working with each one of you, and my amazing staff.

Need to Register New Car for Parking

Hello, I sold my car and bought another car. The license plate is the same, KEIG31, but the model is different. I now drive a Hyundai Accent SE, bronze color. I forgot to take the old parking decal off the car I sold. Can you please issue me a new parking decal and leave it in my mail box? I am working 8am to 6pm this week and can't come to your office during the normal office hours. Thanks, Nicholas Muller...

Hi Nicholas, 

We can temporarily provide you a visitor parking pass and leave it in your mailbox to ensure that your car doesn't get towed. This allows you 7 days to come into the office with your new vehicle registration and insurance card so we may provide you with a new resident vehicle decal.

Happy Hallows Eve everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying their week! I want to remind you that, rent is due tomorrow. Also, remember that rent payments using a check or money order must be received during our office hours.

If you would like to pay your rent online, come to the office or email me and I will happily show you how.

REMEMBER! A late fee of $100.00 will be assessed on Sunday, November 3rd, to those who do...

Don't forget to pay your rent today!   Tip: Even if you work late tonight and were not able to pay your rent at the office today, you can still pay your rent online tonight. Every resident who pays their rent in full tonight will avoid a $100 late fee.
