Feedback Problem for Portofino

It is absurd to pay a fee of 18 dollars for trash and not have a collection. since Sunday the garbage dumps are full of garbage and also on the ground.

Buenas noches,no se que gran problema esta pasando con mi factura de servicio de agua,me hicieron un supuesto ajuste donde mi pago seria de 668,oo dolares de renta por el credito a mi favor y no es asi,que habian solucionado la factura ,senores me niego rotundamente hacer el pago de los servicios de agua hasta tener una impecsion certificada de presion de agua y evalucion total y ajuste real de las facturas del ultimo año de apartamento, mi senora y yo nos sentimos perjudicados por el malmanejo de esta situacion, necesitamos inmediata respuesta de este problema.

Pool next to the training pool

Hi, Last week I made a complaint about the pool next to the training center here at portofino. Today I went to use the pool, in another attempt for the past days and it looks that the pool is not getting a proper treatment as is supposed to. 3 days ago I went and there was animal feces next to the pool and today was still there. And water looks that someone did pass a vacuum on the pool last week when i complained, but that’s it. I really don’t know how is the contract with the third party that take care of the pool, but either they are stealing your money or you guys don’t care enough. I’ve...

Good evening Portofino residents,

We hope everyone is doing great. I wanted to apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused by having the leasing office closed. Please note that this is only temporary and we plan to re-open it as soon as possible.

I wanted to remind everyone that rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 3rd of the month. We strongly encourage everyone to ensure you have a way to pay remotely via our website or a CashPay location as starting in June, we will no longer accept payments in the office.

the condominium is abandoned !! the pool barbecue is 10 days without the gas. the entrance across the buillding 6012 and 6076 the lights are burned getting a real darkness !! nothing is being done

Please be advised that the grill in our main pool has gas. That was replaced at the beginning of the week. If you need assistance using the grill withing business hours, please let us know so we can assist you. We are in the process of replacing some lights throughout the property so I do apologize on the delay. I will check with our maintenance team regarding these two buildings. Homeless Wanderings and break ins.

I've notice homeless people walking the property. I've noticed they're beginning to walk the neighborhood from the Kirkman area. Just last week I was approached by one in front of the office early in the morning. I believe he came from the wooded area that Portofino shares with the other Condos. Regarding the car break-ins, it is always the same area. When the street light in the parking lot is out on the back row near the pool something is bound to happened. Why have the camera signs when there is no cameras? There are only cameras at the pool and at the entrance of the office...

Gross water in the pool

Feedback Problem for Portofino

The water on the pool next to the training room is gross! The water is cloudy, the bottom has dirt from weeks and the water is getting oily. Please do something before it gets to the Florida Department of Health. This is a safety concern and kids play there. It needs maintenance as soon as possible. Meanwhile it should be close for everyone’s safety.
