Good Morning Monterey Lake Residents,
We are making emergency repairs to Mechanical Room 2, which requires hot water service to be interupted to Buildings D, E, F, and G approximately until 2 PM this afternoon. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to make this repair.
We are having a technical issue with our Leasing Office phones at this time that is causing them to not ring with incoming calls. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will return all missed calls promptly. Maintenance requests can still be submitted online so that we can send a technician out to your home.
We are currently experiencing an air conditioning outage in buildings D, E, F, & G.
Our maintenance representatives are aware of this situation and a technician in on its way to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this maintnenace issue as quickly as possible.
This is a friendly reminder that we will be testing our Fire Alarm systems in all buildings beginning on Tuesday, May 7th and Wednesday, May 8th. Testing will begin at approximately 9 AM each day and be completed by 5 PM.
Please do not be alarmed as this is only a test of our systems.
During this time, we will need to enter each home to ensure the fire alarms are working properly. Please make sure that all pets are secured during this time.

We wanted to remind everyone that May's rent is due on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019. It is imperative that you make the proper arrangements now to ensure that your May payment is made on time through any of our available payment methods.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, these must be brought in to the office during normal business hours. You may also choose to pay with a check or credit card, through our resident portal online or by calling 1-866-869-4014 and providing your unique residentID.

We have a leak in our hot water line that requires that hot water service to be interupted to Buildings, M, N, P, and Q for approximately 1 hour. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to make this repair.
Our Leasing Office will be closing early this Thursday, April 25th, at 3:30pm. Even though our Leasing Office will be closed, emergency maintenance will still be available by calling 407-352-6891. Our on-call technician will respond promptly to your call to address your maintenance concern. We will reopen with normal hours on Friday, April 26th, at 10:00am.
We will be conducting a fire alarm test tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23rd beginning at 9am and will last approximately 3 hours to complete. During this time, you will hear the fire alarms sounding. Please do not be alarmed as we are simply testing the system to ensure it is working properly. Thank you in advance your your patience and understanding!
