Good day. The chiller for building H is supposed to be fixed, but in our apt the heat is unbearable. A maintenance guy came and took a look and said that it would take few minutes to get the desired temperature, it’s been almost 2 days after that. We told him that the fan was clearly dirty, noisy and no blowing enough air through the vents and he just said that he couldn’t do anything about it...so, can we get the fan replaced?...the switch to turn it on, has problems too, could you change it?...what about the a/c, is it really fixed? Why we don’t get any cool air in the unit? We told the guy...

We have a water line that has broken in Building N that has required us to shut off water to that community. Good evening, yesterday I called to report that my garbage disposal wasn't working. When I arrived today to my apartment I found that someone had move my dishwasher and they cause damage to the counter top and the floor. I think they misunderstood my report because when I checked the garbage disposal it was still broke. So, I would like to report the garbage disposal again and I request someone to fix the damage caused to the counter top, the floor, and move the dishwasher back where it was before.
