We usually keep our apartment pretty cool, but it’s gradually gotten warmer. I don’t know if the air isn’t working or what but we live in building f and we can’t have it hot all night bc of our 1 year old

We have located the motor needed for replacement and are in the process of installing. We expect to have hot water restored within the next 2 hours.

We are experiencing an issue with our hot water boiler for Buildings H, I, J, K, & L. Called emergency maintenance

Called for hot water outage and after checking things out the technician called me back and stated that I would have hot water in the next two hours. Two hours later... nothing. This happens too much here... If service goes down for a significant period, then a portion of our rent should be refunded. I really don't like being told something is taken care of, only to find that not to be true...

I’ve been living at MontereyLake since 2011 and have never caused any problem but due to my family situation have changed decided to move to another place but my lease is still on I spoke with the leasing office and asked them if I could give my 60 day notice online because of my work schedule can’t stop by but I was told that they would leave the form to fill up and drop off at the drop box I called back to ask them to leave it not outside but inside the apartment and they said ok no problem but after I got off work I came to fill up the form but it’s not inside or outside so disappointed by...

How is this an ongoing problem that hasn’t been solved. This is a month to month issue that is very irritating at this point. It’s either no hot water or no water at all. Its not cool at all that we as residents have to go through this every single month. In times it’s been every single week with a water issue. How is it that if a resident goes one day late on making a rent payment we are charged extra but we have to accept going without water for periods of time. Where is our “rent deduction”? Are we not paying for these services? Services that are included. This is how we start the first day of the year.
