I hope that whenever they decide to do that work on the parking lots, they will re-line the spaces on this area (next to dumpster) because the lines were not placed at the same distance and this makes some of the spaces to be extremely wide and others extremely narrow. This cause a problem when people decide to park between spaces. Tonight I had to park further away because 2 cars were using 4 spaces. I took pictures and plan to go to the office tomorrow morning. Buenas Noches, Me veo en la incomodidad de tener que escribirles por este medio ya que hace casi 2 MESES reporte a esta nueva administracion el problema que presento con la carpeta de la habitacion, DESDE QUE RECIBI EL APARTAMENTO EL DIA 30 DE MARZO DEL AÑO EN CURSO. La carpeta esta en mal estado desde ese entonces, reporte que necesitaba que me la cambiaran pues cada vez que uso el baño ella expide un pesimo olor y no tengo la obligacion de vivir bajo estas condiciones. We have been notified by Orange County Utilities that they will be making a brief water shut off to our comminty this morning starting at 9:30am in order to repair a leaking water main valve by the entrance to our community. This shut off is expected to last 1 hour. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as this emergency leak repair is completed.

Good morning to all Monterey Resident's residing in Building S, We are currently repairing an electrical issue in building S, which will result in a shut off of the building's electricity for approximately one hour. We do not expect this shut down to take more than 2 hours and anticipate water service to be restored by 4pm. We will notify the community once we have completed this repair.
