We are currently experiencing some issue with our chillers, this has caused interruptions to the Air Conditioning system in Buildings, D,E,F and G. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to make these repairs. The Ac should be restore in the next 2 hours.
This message is for Zachary O'Neal it's the fourth time this happens. When in the apartment N108 they turn on the garbage disposal, sewage and food scraps begin to flow through our sink. People who live in apt N108 on other occasions have not allowed maintenance personnel access to check their pipes. Today Jan 26th we call to the maintenance hot line to report the same situation. We will be shutting off hot water to buildings H,I,J,K & L due to an emergency repair . This should take approximately 1-2 hours to complete, our team is working diligently with the plumber to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. .

We will need to shut off water to the community tomorrow, Tuesday January 14th, between 10am and 12:30pm in order to fix a main cold water line that has broken behind Building L. We understand how this is inconvenient and wanted to give as much advance notice as possible.
