The holidays are here and that means the time of year for family, friends, good food, and sweet treats! We want everyone to have a wonderful and stress-free holiday, so we are here to help avoid any “Turkey Day” delays. Below we have outlined our Holiday Leasing Office hours, safety tips and recommendations!
We would also like to advise that in observation of the holiday, and to allow all of our team members the opportunity to enjoy time with their loved ones, we have modified our Leasing Office Hours for next week. Please see below:

Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement. Please take advantage of all the multiple ways you can submit your payment. Here are the different ways you can now pay your rent.

This is a friendly reminder that rent is due Friday, November 1st. On Sunday, November 3rd, a late fee of $100 will be assessed to all ledgers who have not paid rent in full.

Hello Community Members, Did anyone notice a huge jump in their utility bill for November? Our utility bill for October was $73.71 which was already a $23 jump since April 2019. Our November utility bill is whopping $97.86. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? We haven't even had an operating washing machine for two weeks. We've experienced nothing but ongoing issues with maintenance, pest control, lack of communication from the office, and then we realize our utility bill has increased by almost $50 in merely 6 months. Good afternoon residents!! Happy Friday!
We just want to remind everyone of our rules when it comes to parking in our community.
-Every resident should have a parking decal. If you do not, please make sure to come by our leasing office to register with us and get one to put on your car.
-Visitors MUST park in a designated Visitor spot or have a Visitor parking decal that can be picked up in the leasing office Monday-Friday from 10 AM-6 PM. If you know you will be having visitors after we close, I suggest coming beforehand and picking up the pass for them....
