The holidays are here and that means the time of year for family, friends, good food, and sweet treats! We want everyone to have a wonderful and stress-free holiday, so we are here to help avoid any “Turkey Day” delays. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement. Please take advantage of all the multiple ways you can submit your payment. Here are the different ways you can now pay your rent.

Storm Drain Cleaning

Tomorrow, we will have Discount Plumbing at our community between 9 AM and 5 PM. They will be cleaning all of our sewage lines throughout the community.

This is a preventative maintenance service that will help improve our community.

This is a friendly reminder that rent is due Friday, November 1st. On Sunday, November 3rd, a late fee of $100 will be assessed to all ledgers who have not paid rent in full.

If you will be paying with a check or money order, please make arrangements to do so in the leasing office by close of business on Friday. Increase in Utility Bill

Feedback Problem for Iris Flats

Hello Community Members, Did anyone notice a huge jump in their utility bill for November? Our utility bill for October was $73.71 which was already a $23 jump since April 2019. Our November utility bill is whopping $97.86. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? We haven't even had an operating washing machine for two weeks. We've experienced nothing but ongoing issues with maintenance, pest control, lack of communication from the office, and then we realize our utility bill has increased by almost $50 in merely 6 months. We've had several others comment that they're experiencing the exact same issues and share our grievances. Why are those posts not visible for the entire community? Clearly, we're not the only residents being taken advantage of with these outrageous increases. The only appropriate course of action would be to address this issue publicly and provide every resident with an itemized bill for all future utility bills.

We've all noticed the problem and many of us have posted our issues with it on here without a response from management. This is my second year here and I never saw anything like this last year. It was usually around $24-$30 each month. There's never been a valid explanation for a triple increase in the bill.

Good Afternoon Paul,

Thank you for the feedback as well!  Our utilities are billed on a RUBS system.  This means, you shouldn't see much of a fluctuation from month to month.  Everyone's bill increased by about $20 last June due to the valet trash service being added.  If you are noticing any other discrepancies, please bring them forward to the leasing office so we can research them.  You can also email me at whitney.glidewell@mckinley.com and I will be more than happy to help.

Good afternoon residents!! Happy Friday!

We just want to remind everyone of our rules when it comes to parking in our community.

-Every resident should have a parking decal. If you do not, please make sure to come by our leasing office to register with us and get one to put on your car.

-Visitors MUST park in a designated Visitor spot or have a Visitor parking decal that can be picked up in the leasing office
Monday-Friday from 10 AM-6 PM. If you know you will be having visitors after we close, I suggest coming beforehand and picking up the pass for them....
