Strange man walking around Iris Flats

Feedback Problem for Iris Flats

There was a young male that looked like he was in his early twenties walking behind the villas tonight. Normally that wouldn't raise a concern until he started to follow one of the female tenants that lives here. He proceeded to stand behind the garbage can and stare at her and then urinate on the door while watching her unload her car. The tenant asked me for help because she was a little freaked out. I didn't get a very good look at him because he jumped in someone else's car and drove off after I walked over there to help her out. I'm not sure if he lives here in the...

Pet waste

Feedback Problem for Iris Flats

Hi, I’ve been noticing in the court yard area and around the developement that people are not picking up their pet waste and just leaving it where it happens. Today their was dog feces outside of the gate of the courtyard on the sidewalk that someone just left. It’s too the point that I can smell it some days when I walk outside of the apartment because it is right on the grass outside my door. Thank you for your time, Randy Milliken

Feedback Praise for Iris Flats

Pedro was sent over to do maintenance and he was very timely and punctual Pedro was super helpful and friendly. He fixed my blinds and informed me the wine cooler was fine and not broken, as well as showing me how to use it (since I wasn’t aware). Overall a very good experience

Plumbing repair/cleaning at Iris Flats

Feedback Praise for Iris Flats

This weekend we had an issue w/ overflowing toilets/bathtubs and Pedro came over within an hour to help clean at Iris Flats. Also the plumber was there within thirty minutes to address the issue. They both did great jobs and the response time was excellent, thank you!

Dear Residents,

In order to provide a clean and healthy environment for our residents, employees, and guests, we are a designated smoke free community. The smoke free policy covers all individual apartment homes, common areas, and outdoor areas. All residents, as well as their guests, all employees, and vendors are required to follow this policy. It has been recently brought to our attention that this policy is not being exercised by some residents and their guests while visiting the community.

Someone, a woman. Is sitting out on the table in front of my apartment right now smoking. I have my sliding down open and the smoke came right into my apartment. Obviously, she did not get this memo, or chooses to ignore it. It is 11pm. This is an ongoing problem. Hope it will be resolved.

I’ve noticed a problem here where people seem more comfortable complaining about an issue they are upset about rather than simply approaching someone and in a calm respectful manner requesting they stop whatever behavior they find offensive. This applies to everything. Why can’t we act like adults and communicate with each other? I’d be saying this in person but unfortunately it seems most residents are more comfortable complaining on a message board rather than calmly confront someone. It doesn’t have to be a big deal guys.

it's a big deal because he will don't follow the rules. Why would anyone have to confront another person? More than likely if they did, there would be trouble because they are already breaking the rules. That is called blatant disrespect.
